Honestly, such a beautiful home to stay in. The views alone are magical. My family loved this place so much. Waking up early for sunrise on the rocks was so beautiful. We had a bunch of activities planned but made adjustments just so we can stay in the home. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful home, look no further this is the place to stay!!

This house was wonderful. We celebrated our 50th Anniversary with our family of six and the house was comfortable for us all. The views were spectacular, as we had the ocean in the back yard!

Really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, easy to check in, plenty of amenities including pool towels, pool toys and some snacks!

We travel a lot but this was by far the best vacation rentals we have stayed so far! The house is beautiful and has a breathtaking view. It practically has everything you need and also offers plenty of beach items and snorkeling gears. We also loved the thoughtful welcome gifts of Hawaiian treats. We would love to return to this beautiful rental when we go back to the big island!

We loved so much about this home. There was more than enough room for our family of six. It’s ocean front and we loved the sunrises. Everything we needed for beaching and pool play was provided. Rainy day games were abundant. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai, as well as early morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening . The home and property were magical. Perfection. We will be back!!

This place was beautiful and clean, the sunset scene right outside of the circular living room was amazing and the lava land on the backyard and the ocean view was to dir for. Host was super nice and responded quickly .

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the views and the sounds of the crashing waves. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to Keau-Pāhoa road which takes you directly to Hilo. The house had plenty of room for a large family with plenty of places to sleep. The managers were very accommodating and helpful. Strongly recommend this place.

Very well equipped and clean house with an amazing view and pool. Super easy entry to well decorated house with the must stunning views and breeze off the water. The host was super friendly and even shared a live stream of the volcano erupting while we were there. Evening sunsets and AM sunrises to die for! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so spacious. There was room to really spread out and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well supplied with anything needed to prepare a meal. The ocean views were outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If we come back to the big island, we will definitely stay here again.

The property was absolutely amazing. We saw whales multiple times just looking out the front windows around 10:30 a.m. The people who take care of the property were wonderful and very helpful. They thought of everything when it comes to this property. We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou to the family that owns the property and maintains it. This trip was truly a blessing. The property itself is a design with love, even if it is not your style you will appreciate the thoughtful interior and exterior design from the bathroom cabinet knobs to the outside fish pond. It is located in a very peaceful and beautiful place. We stayed there for a week and had everything we possible could think of from cooking to beach accessories. The manager, was very responsive and accommodating. We had family of 6 adults and it was specious for all of us. We stayed there in February and even though they say it rains there a lot. The only rain we had experienced was over night. We used pool everyday and did a lot of activities and sight seeing. In the afternoon, we watched dolphins and whales from the multiple patio areas. I would highly recommend to stay there!! Thank to our host we had a wonderful experience!!

Loved the view from the living room, dining room, and lanai - 180 degrees of ocean. We even saw whales!!The hosts were very responsive. We had trouble with a bedroom light, they had it fixed the next day. And when the power went out while we were away, they texted to warn us, and supplied flashlights and drinking water to make sure we'd be OK.I can't recommend this place enough!! Next time we travel to Hawaii I hope it's available!

We had an amazing time with our family at the house. We had every thing we needed plus the most fantastic ocean views! Would definitely recommend! We had 9 adults and 1 child. It's a bit of a drive to swimming beaches and one of the bedrooms is only accessed by walking through another bedroom, but we would absolutely go again. The owners were nearby and very helpful too.

Beautiful home with awesome views. Didn’t have time to enjoy pool but the house met our family needs and the host was great with communications. Only detractor was a bird chirping through the night but can’t control nature.

This house was PERFECT for our family! Gorgeous views of the ocean from the dining table, outside benches, chairs on the pool, and the lanai!! Great to have two master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Exactly as listed! Soo many places to rest/relax and enjoy this beautiful property! Fully equipped kitchen. They have everything you could want or need including life vests, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, cooler. They truly thought of everything! Hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and spacious property. Our kids had a blast enjoying the property and watching the waves. The Beach gear was a plus for those traveling from other states and countries. We truly had a memorable time staying here and experiencing the Hilo side of the island.

If you go to the Big Island, this is where you want to stay. The view is the best. We saw sea turtles every morning. It was less than 10 minutes from a good-sized farmer's market. All the stuff in Hilo is just 30 minutes away. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Lots of beach gear! Thank you.

Had a great time, the location of the house is just breathtaking, spent an age just staring at the waves crash against the rocks, saw turtles too! The house is a canny way of the main road situated in a quiet neighborhood, house well stocked. The only issue we had was the heat, we knew at the time of booking the AC was only available in the bedrooms but the lounge and dining areas we found too hot but us Brits just not use to the heat. The coqui frogs were amazing, in full tune all night.Pool was an added bonus. Overall a fabulous stay, really missing those waves!

Great location and house was large enough and very suitable for our family. Was a couple of minor repairs that were needed. Stool on porch needs repaired and shower on left was leaking and unable to be use. But all was good.

Nice house, well equipped. We were about to cook dinner a few nights with the grill and nicley set up kitchen. However, the description says bonus bedroom and there was not one. It was a day bed in the kitchen which none of our kids would sleep on because of being on the other end of the house and large open windows all around. We were traveling with another couple and our 6 kids total so "5" bedrooms would have plenty but ended up having to make a palette on the floor because of this lack of "bonus bedroom" Whats even worse is we had to list our 15 yr old amd 13 yr olds as adults not children so got charged an extra $400 for "additional guests" Not the best house if you actually need to sleep 10. Also, you should probably say in the description that there are people living in the apartment in the basement, not just in your about host. The whole point of a VRBO is not having to stay with a host! Mind you, they were not a bother and we only ran into them a handful of times, but if our kids were swimming or we walked outside we could see them through their windows. All in all, i just wished the description of the house was more accurate because we payed a lot of money for the stay and if we would have know the truth then we would have known that house wouldnt have met our needs and we would have booked somewhere else.

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us to hang out altogether or have some quiet time. The view is amazing!! I could've watched the waves all day!! Just beautiful! We loved the lanai area! Great breeze and perfect spot to watch the sunrise! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach items to use. Great location to explore the Hilo side of the island. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Loved this place outside of Hilo. The grounds were beautiful with an amazing view - house was perfect for us and allowed us to spread out some and easily cook our own meals a couple of nights. No complaints at all but do know it's a few minutes drive to the grocery store and downtown Hilo - perfect for us!

Beautiful views. This was an amazing house that had everything we needed it and more. It was a perfect location for getting to Volcano Park and other Hilo sights. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this property and the views. Nothing beats the view. Felt secluded and private and the onsite hosts were very nice . Large home and huge windows to look out at ocean. Saw lots of turtles and spinner dolphins out front. Beautiful sunrises. Hope to be back again. Mahalo.

Very relaxing and quite, great place for a getaway

Clean, well equipped with recreational equipment and a well stocked hale. The upbeat Mermaid / ocean theme was a delight for all who stayed with us. Our property manager was prompt in answering all our questions and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf and frogs at night. Love this place and we will be back, you will love the serenity here.

This place was great for our big family trip. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space and beautiful views. The neighborhood was quiet with a lovely nature area to explore just down the road.

The views and location was great, but the cleanliness was not so much. The windows were very foggy with the prior guest leaving inappropriate imprints on the glass. The showers were dirty and shower curtains moldy and smelly. The pool was dangerous as the hose was busted along with deck creating sharp edges. The description says host are on property and would see them but they are directly downstairs and felt like we were always being watched, we saw them everyday. Other than that it was great, there was beach equipment and a cooler which was a plus. The views and whale, turtle, dolphin and other sea life watching are amazing.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the end of a long street. It's very safe and very quiet - the only thing you'll hear at night are the frogs and the waves! If you like to run, walk, or hike, you'll find all of these just out your front door. The kitchen is very well equipped, the furniture and the beds are very comfortable and the pool is perfect!. And the view! You can beat the view!

Had some frustrations. Pool deck was under construction while we were there. Hammering and sawing making our stay less than peaceful. And to top it off, cigarette smoke from the contractors blowing into the living room where my 8 month old is playing. Pretty neat. Luckly for anyone else, it sounds like construction will no longer be taking place while guests are there. So your experience will likely differ. Probably.

Recommended! Don’t hesitate, spectacular view, clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great! We chose this place to be closer to many attractions such as the Volcano National Park, Falls, and Hilo. Everything is available and cheaper then the Keaau/Kona side. Next, this place is spacious with many beds and bathrooms. They have a super large living room to gather with family, a large patio with grill, and a private pool with a view of the ocean. Our family had a unbelievable time!
