Condo was comfortable. Could have used more cooking tools. Bathrooms has LOTS of cleaning supplies. However, it left little room for personal items. Kitchen could have more space.
The management company was very helpful and informative. However, the place itself was dirty; the floors, the drapes, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the walls....... The furniture was old and worn. The microwave had a broken handle that had been glued together then screws installed such that the tip of the screws was sticking out of the handle. So you had to be carfull to not get stuck by the screw.

Mike was a great host. If you want to stay in Ko Olina and not break the budget, this place is great! The pool and hot tub and BBQ were a great amenity along with the in unit washer/dryer and AC. Great to have a kitchen. Mike was great when needed including sharing beach toys, chairs and a cooler. For the price a good deal. Some of the furnishings and appliances are dated, but overall it’s Hawaii and not here to spend time inside. Again, great value for location and overall amenities. Thanks Mike!
