Hawaiian jungle paradise awaits you at Villas of Kamali'i. Welcome to this fabulous split-level townhouse with wonderful mountain and waterfall views. The spacious design is beautifully furnished and loaded with amenities to make your stay extraordinary and memorable! NOTE: Air-Conditioning is in each bedroom, a split system in each master bedroom, and a portable system in the guest room. We have an air exchange fan that cools the rest of the home. Although most of the time, you won't need anything but Mother Nature's trade winds to be comfortable. Note: one bedroom is not air-conditioned.
Wireless DSL high-speed internet with TVs in both master bedrooms and main living space. Non-smoking property. Three spacious bedrooms, two with private baths and one half-bath. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
Upstairs is the main living area including the great room where everyone can gather to enjoy each other’s company and the breathtaking views. There is also plenty of space for quiet time with a good book or an afternoon siesta. The home hosts two large master suites both with king size beds and adjacent master bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the main level and has a half-bath directly across the hall. Each bedroom is located on a different level to maximize guest privacy.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook if you feel like dining-in. The cozy dining room comfortably seats six and takes advantage of the vistas. Gas BBQ grills are located at the community pool just steps away.
The home is equipped with everything you will need for an amazing beach vacation! There are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, kids' toys, and a cooler provided so you’re ready to head to one of many amazing beaches that are within 10 minutes of the townhouse.
From your home away from home, take a short walk to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip or luxuriate in the hot tub. This is a great way to unwind from a busy day on Kauai.

Very clean and well maintained property. Furniture recently updated. Beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet location. We enjoyed our 7 day stay here. The pictures do not accurately show this condo: it is actually nicer and roomier than it appears in the photos (we have been places in the past that were the exact opposite - this was a refreshing change!) The condo has recently been updated with new furniture in each of the bedrooms and the living room. [Note: currently, in early June, 2026, the photos on VRBO still show the old furniture.] Also, all 3 bedrooms had A/C - not just the 2 master suites. While the bathrooms could be updated, they were well maintained and very clean. Management is very strict with their checkout time - understandable but still disappointing when you have a late flight. We would definitely consider staying here when returning to the north shore of Kauai. Mahalo.

Just the size and location we needed
Tons of space with a well stocked kitchen. The artwork around the place is great. Awesome beach toys. Bedrooms got nice and cool. Overall a really nice place to stay!
This is our second time staying at this property. We love this place since it has epic views of the Na Pali coast mountains from the patio, 3 bedrooms, AC in all of the bedrooms, and it is clean and crisp. Super convenient to the coast, Halanei, food stores and princeville. Amazing breakfast cafe Nourish a short walk or drive down the road with views of Hanalei bay. Cheers!
We have been staying at this location for over 20 years wouldn’t trade it for anything aloha enjoy !
