Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties.. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and an additional reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and both Guest Bedrooms
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Colony Villas 2705 is located in Building 27 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Very nice home to stay! Just the light in the main area
Our family had a wonderful stay! Great for the adults and kids that stayed. Pool was so close.
We loved our stay at the Waikoloa Colony Villas! The host was amazing and great at communication. The rental itself was perfect for our group of 6, and the Hilton pool pass was amazing to have. It seemed like the best of everything and a great price. We ALL loved the neighborhood and location. So so amazing! Would highly recommend.
Our stay was wonderful beautiful home, location and the ability to use the Hilton pool for the little o e was a must. Thank you ! We did have a problem with the air conditioner and I called the office on a Sunday and they took charge and it was fixed by the time we got back and the communication was excellent. I would definite stay here again
Spacious, clean, and comfy accommodations for my family of 6. The location in this well-maintained community was super convenient near the entrance/exit. Best part was the access to the Hilton resort!
Great stay! The only complaint is the living room needs blinds so the people sleeping on the pull-out couch don’t have sun on their faces at 5am. Loved the resort pool passes. Very clean place! Loved having the washer and dryer.
Check in and out was super easy. Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, golfing, and the Hilton Resort pools. Would stay here again!
Great property with access to all Hilton property amenities. We were able to visit all parts of the island with reasonable travel times. Highly recommend and would stay again
This stay was amazing! Plenty of space, clean on arrival, comfortable beds and living room. The pools were great, and it came with the Hilton Pool pass which was a lot of fun too. It was stocked with everything we could need. There were beach supplies in the garage, including an umbrella and coolers. This was close (about 5min drive) to a shopping center with grocery, restaurants, and more. About 15-20min from 2 other grocery stores and other restaurants.We would definitely recommend this place! : -)
Very comfortable and ample supplies.
Overall amazing experience. Property is in prime location, close to everything we needed. House was very well mentioned and was such a great place to stay. Kitchen had everything to do meals and coffee, grocery store was close by, with a larger KTA not too far away to stock up. Bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. House was super close to the pool and having the Hilton beach pass was a game changer with the kids. House was close to some of the best beaches on the island and property had all the beach gear we needed. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend to anyone!
Well, I was surprised that all 3 bedrooms l were up…and living room was down 1step. I have a walking and balance disability so it was very challenging. Kitchen was well equipped but could have used a teapot!!! We’re Canadians, eh!! And kitchen very dark. But decor of unit was so Hawaiian and tasteful…loved the ambiance!!!!

This was a perfect Waikoloa vacation property to share with friends! Excellent condo amenities; including Hilton pool pass benefit. Very well appointed for guests.
Close to resorts, shops and close enough to walk if you don’t mind the heat. The Hilton pass was an amazing bonus. My kids loved the pools, lapped the water slides and we saw beautiful turtles and fish in the Hilton Lagoon. The Hilton pass also redeemed our parking for the day which was a bonus. Would have gone somewhere a bit cheaper for groceries if we’d had time, but the market had everything we needed and pre-made meals. The pools in the complex were a bit chilly but we still spent lots of time at the complex pool. Management was quick to reply when we had questions and super friendly when we arrived a few minutes early.
