We really enjoyed this home and the location was excellent. It was a comfortable and well equipped place. The walk to the beautiful beach was beautiful and easy. What a great place to come back to after seeing other parts of the island!

This is a beautiful condo just a few steps from the lovely pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough pans, bowls and silverware. It even had plenty of baking dishes, which we enjoy by making a pineapple upside-down cake! Plenty of beach towls and beach gear! My only complaints are the bathroom needs more light and the couch could be replaced, it's too saggy.

Everything you need for an awesome stay! The access to the beach club is amazing and there was plenty of sand toys and boogie boards in the garage for the kids. Amenities were well stocked. Seamless communication with owners - thanks so much!

We love the Palm Villas. The hot tub, pool and grounds are nice to enjoy. This unit has everything we needed from the comfortable beds to kitchen utensils. We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel stuff and cooler. Owner quickly responded to all of our VRBO correspondence.

Wonderful place. Great location in the Mauna Lani complex. Nice kitchen if you want to cook. Jim was great host, very accommodating.

We loved our stay at the Palm Villas with my husband and two of our kids. The location was perfect for what we were looking for with the beach club and restaurant for quiet days, the pool for when we'd had enough of sand and a reasonable drive everywhere on the island we wanted to go for adventure. The kitchen was super well equipped. We stay in VRBOs all the time and this was for sure one of the best. The garage was full of beach gear. Plenty of grocery stores nearby and wonderful restaurants at the Auberge if you get your reservations in.It was quiet, if there were neighbors upstairs we didn't hear them. The owners were responsive and helpful. If we go back to the big island it would be our first choice for sure.

Directions were good, check in was efficient. The villa was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Appliances worked, and the pool and hot tub area were great.

This was a wonderful place for our family of five (kids 3-9). The house is pleasant, clean, and well-stocked. Noise proofing was excellent- we sometimes heard quiet sounds of people walking upstairs, but that was it. There was enough space to avoid being on top of each other. The pool is lovely and good for kids. We loved the access to the beach club and beach and appreciated the pool noodles, buckets, and digging tools. Jim and Helen were gracious and responsive.

Great location and the unit was very nice. Television was a pain to use. Directions didn't work.

Beautiful property with access to many amenities. Well stocked kitchen, which is a personal must have. Would stay here again. Only thing I would suggest is a recycling bin - it was tragic how much recycling when into the garbage.

Very well organized instructions process and well stocked kitchen. Use of the garage was ideal for golf cart rental!

Perfect Mauna Lani location, short walk to the beach on lava trail, close to restaurants, hotel amenities and the pool is just outside the patio door. The unit is great for a couple or family with a few children. Everything is provided for cooking in the unit or for the beach. Hosts responded immediately when needed. Would choose this location if we return to Mauna Lani.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and even lovelier part of Hawaii. Access to the private beach was fantastic! Why not five stars? Certainly can consider nits but hopefully helpful. The mattress in the master bedroom slouches and my back had trouble with it. The furniture in the living room is particularly squeaky. Not that big a deal (my kids found it funny) but a bit annoying when you reposition yourself. Overall great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Jim and Helen were incredibly accommodating and their communication was above and beyond. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay including trips to the beach. We would absolutely return.

This rental was clean, well-equipped and in a beautiful location in the Mauna Lani resort area. We had the pool to ourselves most days and it is a quick drive to the beach. Exactly what we were hoping for and as described in the listing. Hosts even went out of their way to return a forgotten item to us, which was so kind.

A very comfortable home away from home on the most beautiful grounds in the heart of the Mauna Lani resort area. Spacious and quiet townhome with a well-equipped kitchen, and all the necessary comforts of home. A beautiful pool surrounded by lush gardens just steps away from the townhome. Jim and Helen were great hosts, and were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely return again!

Nice place, has everything. Only complaint was the upstairs Neighbor. Up at 5am stomping till 7am. Earplugs didn’t even help. Not the best thing to be woken up to on vacation every morning.
