Beautiful 2 bedroom private villa with tranquil golf course views is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation! Due to covid-19, the property is disinfected and cleaned in preparation for every stay.
The Waikoloa Colony Villas is a gated condominium community on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Villas are fully furnished townhouse style accommodations with many amenities: golf course view, 2 community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and hot tub! Enjoy views from the 4th hole of pristine Waikoloa Golf course! Quiet location in complex, a short walk to the pool.
The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is just a few minutes’ drive. Bike rentals available at Kings Marketplace.
This location is next door to the Hilton Waikoloa resort that has great restaurants to enjoy as well as you can purchase a pool pass to their hotel pools.

Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. There is no garage access. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, and all-purpose cleaner. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
Policies:
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment.
Additional cleaning service during stay would be an additional charge to guests. Please contact us for further information if interested. Must have minimum 24 hour notice to schedule additional housekeeping service.

This was a great place in a great location. Lots of room for our family of 4 with the place being well stocked for beach, other activities, and the house itself (towels, kitchen, bedding). The pools in the community were great along with a very nice tennis court.
Excellent townhouse and community. You will have everything you need to stay comfortable and enjoyable. I understand different people like various kinds of mattresses however I would make a suggestion to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom. Mahalo
Excellent condo in a great location. Lots of beach gear included. Everything we needed for the week minus our food. It is listed as sleeps 8, we only had 4 in our group (4 adults in this condo, 4 adults and 2 small kids in a neighboring condo). It would be a tight fit to sleep 8, but easily handled both groups for meals and hanging out. Would highly recommend this condo and Waikoloa Colony Villas.
The access to amenities at the Waikoloa resort is very good. The unit itself was fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There were five of us with one person on the sofa bed and it was comfortable and spacious. We cooked breakfast every morning. it was convenient and you can save a lot of money not going out for every meal. Perfect for an extended stay and I would be happy to return to this unit.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Property has everything we needed, including beach chairs and coolers. Kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of beach towels and extra linens. Huge washer/dryer. The condo is big - even with 3 adults, we all had ample space. Everything was working as expected. Development is great and we were able to take advantage of the pool (right next door to our unit!) and the tennis (which was nice as we have to pay when staying at other properties). The development is a bit of a hike (about 1.5 miles) to the shops which isn't a big deal by car, but made it difficult to pop out on foot for something quickly. The property manager was terrific with communication - very responsive and thorough. The property looks out onto the golf course which is nice but there are several cats in the area which made sitting outside on the lanai uncomfortable. (Note to future guests - DO NOT feed the cats!) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to come back!
My family had a wonderful stay at this property. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Binder with restaurants, beaches, and activities was useful. House was very clean! Primary bathroom very spacious although could use remodeling at some point. This house had the most amenities of any place I've stayed before. Coffee, tea, spices, condiments and more. Tons of beach gear for the entire family. My family truly enjoyed our stay here!
Place was just as advertised. It was clean and fully stocked. Had more things than expected as we brought items thinking we didnt want to purchase when we got there but come to find out we didnt need it, like spices, laundry soap, extra towels, shampoo, etc. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to all questions/messages. They provided us with a lot of info that wasnt typical prior to us arriving... like where to get a wheelchair for our mom, birthday cake for our son, etc. The location was close to the pool which also had nice BBQs.

Loved the location, great pool, views, and restaurants/shops nearby. Plenty of amenities in the home including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer, dryer, beach equipment, and more. One of the twin beds' sheets spelled musty and I had to wash them. A recommendation I have is to update the living room TV to include streaming services. Overall, great place for 5
Condo was as described. Owner was in constant communication with us and I think that was the first time we experienced that. Location is right next to one of the pools. The pool with the hot tub is a short drive away (or walk). Both pools are very nice and enjoyable. There are lots of BBQ grills around the complex which is good. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The owner asked if the sofa bed was going to be used and had it all made up when we arrived. Nice touch Would definitely stay here again
