Please be advised that the Mauka Pool (Main Pool) will be temporarily closed starting September 14 for approximately one week while a new salt system is installed and tile repairs are completed. The Makai Pool will remain open during this time.
Beginning September 21, the Makai Pool (Family Pool) will be closed for similar improvements. The Mauka Pool will be open while work is being completed at the Makai Pool.

This 2 story, a two-bedroom vacation home is situated within the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort area. The property located along the fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, is a golfer's paradise. The vaulted ceiling in this condo also allow for natural sunlight to brighten up your Hawaiian retreat. Enjoy all the conveniences of home, right at your fingertips. You'll have your own private furnished lanai, perfect for relaxing and appreciating the beauty of the island. This villa especially is outfacing and offers stunning views of the lava rock fields right outside your door.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of this condo features a queen-sized bed and a private balcony for you to truly relish the serenity of Hawaii Island. The ensuite bathroom gives you the luxury of a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom (downstairs) features a queen-size bed and for additional sleeping options, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. This villa comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, central air, cable television, and an in-room washer/dryer.
Whether it is golf, tennis or just lounging by the pool this resort has it all. There are two pools for you to choose from and a hot tub or an additional children's pool. The property also has BBQ grills, tennis courts, and a fitness center for your entertainment.

Lovely complex, the unit is a bit outdated (carpets, furniture) but clean and tidy. The complex is quiet, clean, close. The pool is a big highlight, unfortunately on this trip the pool closest to us was closed for maintenance. No reflection on the owner, just unfortunate. The pool has a hot tub, great shade and wonderful water feature where you can watch the birds, unfortunately we couldn't use it and the other pool is pretty far away. Would stay here again.

The swimming pool was great, and the condo had lots of room. I wish the condo was a little cleaner, like baseboards, windows, etc. etc. Average Cleanliness overall. Other than that a really great place to stay,
The shower worked well, the appliances worked well. The unit is dated and has a very small TV. The parking on this site is not easy.
Nice, clean and cozy
The property was clean and in a good location. My complaints are small: the kitchen appliances work but are so worn that you can't read the settings on the stove or coffeemaker. And it'd be nice if more dishwasher and laundry detergent was available. Overall we are happy with our stay.
The condo was nice and clean and well laid out. It was well stocked with kitchen Utensils and dish ware. Being able to have access to the pool was amazing for the family. Would definitely come back again.
Communication was fast and responsive, location was perfect, the pool and BBQ are are close to the suite so its very convenient. The only room for improvement would be that the in suite amenities (ie dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent, garbage bags) were very minimal as advertised. We ended up buying a frying pan, kettle, and baking sheet for the suite because we wanted to cook some dinners instead of dining out each night. My only recommendation for future guests would be to plan for this and otherwise enjoy the suite because its great. I would stay here again for sure.
Love where the condo was, but the kitchen lack the operate things to cook with. I did buy several items to help us when did cook.. I did leave them.
