Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with two (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with two (2) Queen beds.
The 4th bedroom is has two TwinXL beds (can be combined as King with gel topper).
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large unbelievably comfortable sectional in the great room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining area (seating for 6) is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Enjoy views of the Mauna Lani golf course and distant Kohala mountain from the lanai. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Awesome place to spend our vacation for 10 (8 adults and 2 children)! Spacious and well appointed - no details overlooked. Plenty of child appropriate things to do and fun toys/equipment for the beach and ocean activities. The property management company was also very communicative and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend.
Beautiful well maintained property in a great location. The Mauna Lani beach and Hilton pool access was well appreciated by all. This was our third condo rental in the Waikoloa area and the best one yet. Property management team was wonderful to work with. Smooth booking, check in and check out process. Next visit to the Big Island, we'll be sure to check to see if this property is available.
This is our third time staying in a 4bedroom in Kamilo, and Roma was by far the best. Very clean and well kept - aside from food and consumables we had everything else we needed in the house. All the appliances worked well, plenty of dishes and plates - we had friends staying across the street and were able to host 8 adults and 2 kids under 6 with room to spare. The house is QUIET as well. Didn't hear any of our roommates. Property managers were available via text or phone and prompt. Beach club access is great for snorkeling and relaxing with the bar/restaraunt right there. Plenty of quality beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, snorkels and fins. We had a blast! Note - if you're like to sit on the lanai and watch (heckle) the golfers, there are a few new trees in between you and the 11th green of Mauna Lani North that mostly block the view :(
I highly recommend this property and community. I stayed with a group of 9 friends and family and the description online is exactly as described. You do need to drive about 30 minutes to go south to Kona, the main town, but it was a perfect location to drive east to Hilo and explore the whole island. The amenities in the community were fabulous- from the private beach where we could lounge and snorkel, to a park and walking paths. We will definitely stay again!
This is a beautiful property in a great location. The home was clean and well appointed. We loved the pool and recreation area as an added bonus. The only problem we had is that the thermostats are locked at 72 degrees which can be too warm for sleeping.
My impression of the property is that it is a clean, nicely furnished townhome. They have everything you will need to cook meals. It worked well, we had 8 people there for 7 days. We used the townhome for 9 days. The properties are very close together, and if outside on balcony, you can hear and see neighbors. I mention,that because I did not realize that from the pictures. That being said, the location is close to stores, restaurants and access to a great beach. We used the pool area a number of times and it was sufficient. I would give the pool area a 7/10. It needs some TLC. But I did see some guys measuring the cement and circumference. So it looks like, the pool is going to get an update. I would recommend the townhome to those looking for a nice vaction spot.
We were there for a nearby work project, but this great condo made work feel like a vacation.

Great property for multigenerational families. The Mauna Lani property and beach club are amazing. We felt the snorkeling at the beach club was the best we had on this trip. The house had EVERYTHING a family could need. Highly recommend this house.
