This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

This was a decent place to stay. Carpet needs ripped up because it’s gross. Tub drain needs fixed so littles can take baths. There’s a smell that we couldn’t get rid of so we burned candles the whole time. Otherwise the place was nice. Keep in mind that staying on the west side means 40-1:30 driving to every place you go. Lots of homeless on the west side so keep everything locked up. AvantStay is a great company to work with.
Do yourself a favor and stay here... everything was like it was listed... very helpful staff too.
This house was perfect for our family's needs. We had a mix of adults and young kids. The home is nicely furnished and check in & out process was smooth. We were even able to add an additonal day close to the reservation date with no issue. The beach gear and chairs available for use was a nice feature too! When one of the A/C units had an issue, it was promptly addressed and fixed with no hassle to us.The house was great with lovely views. Only issue with location was not with the house but just learning to be patient with traffic and drive times to some of our other day trips. But we would happily stay again and recommend to other families.
The home was very clean and quiet. When the kids were playing music in their rooms we couldn’t hear it, which was a plus. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Found a nice beach close by that the kids loved. Beautiful and clean home.

My husband and I gifted our kids Hawaii for Christmas. This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. The home is gorgeous. We couldn’t get over the views from the backyard. A great plus was the bbq grill and all the beach gear they provided. The only thing we noticed was how the water didn’t stay hot for long. Out of 7 ppl maybe 4 of us had to keep taking cold showers. Also I would suggest providing champagne flutes, a champagne bucket & cups/plates for younger kids. However overall the home was a 9/10
The house was everything we expected. We walked into the door and my family was so excited. The house was very clean and very neat. The neighborhood was very safe especially with the gated property. The view from the front of the house and back of the house was one of a kind. The shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch to get us ready for our Hawaiian adventures. . Overall was a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the home - very clean, very comfortable, spacious, gated community and secure, and nice yard with beautiful views.
My husband and I stayed at the residence with his 3 sisters and brother in law. We were in town to visit their elderly aunt who lives nearby and was in hospice. The house fit all of our needs perfectly. We are fortunate that although we are all 60 yrs. +, all of us were able to navigate the stairs with no major issues. The house is brand new and had backyard landscaping , which allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful views and enjoy a BBQ. Not all of the nearby houses have landscaping yet. Visiting kids loved playing the games provided. We would definitely stay here again if necessary.
