The Palms #901 is a luxurious one-bedroom two-bath ground floor villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner in one of the nicest locations on the property. Often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. The Palms is one of the upscale resorts at Wailea with impeccably kept grounds and a luxurious chlorine-free pool. Lots of extras.

The spacious unit is 1022 square feet, and the wrap-around covered lanai provides another 450 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees and remains in a cool shade all day making it a popular spot for our guests. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, and has two beach loungers suitable for sun bathing in the private grass area in front of the unit. It has a dining table and chairs and a top-of-the line gas grill.
THE PALMS AT WAILEA
The Palms is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. It is at a walking distance to some of the best beaches and golf courses in the world. The property is sparsely built on a 20+ acre natural hillside lot. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. A sparkling stream and winding walkways cut across the property. A large chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with a hot tub. A tour desk is also on property to assist you with sightseeing and activities. All units are two-story Mediterranean townhome style buildings.
WAILEA RESORT COMMUNITY
Wailea boasts beautiful beaches, three championship golf courses, and a world-class tennis center. The hotels, shops and beaches of Wailea are within walking distance from the Palms. The hotels in Wailea offer many amenities including surfing lessons, scuba lessons, kayak and sailboat rentals, and whale-watching excursions. Wailea also has some of the best spas in the world. Many of the top restaurants on the island are located in Wailea. The Shops at Wailea offers a wide variety of shopping experiences.
Keawakapu, Mokapu, Ulua, and Wailea beaches are a short stroll from the Palms. Wailea beaches have been voted some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. They offer perfect swimming for all ages. They are popular spots for snorkeling and boogie boarding. There is always a secluded private spot in this paradise waiting for you at the end of your tropical beach walk.
Tiny crescent-shaped volcanic island of Molokini is only two miles off shore and is popular with snorkeling and scuba-diving enthusiasts because of the clarity of its water and diverse and abundant sea life. Sunset views from the Palms are breathtaking with the panorama of Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai islands and West Maui Mountains. From golf and tennis to all kinds of ocean activities Wailea offers something for everyone, and the Palms is one of the best resorts to stay in Wailea.

Very clean and in a quiet location. Large patio. Close to the beach (within walking distance). The property also has a very nice shared pool as well. Great sunsets from the pool area. Would definitely stay here again.
Brian and Marie were so very easy to work with. They were very accommodating and pleasant. There is everything you could need to have the luxury of home in the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the lanai is beautiful!!
We had a great experience staying at the palms for 5 nights. Everything was very clean and it was gorgeous waking up to see the sunrise from the Lenai. Brian and Marie-Christine were very accommodating and kind.Very cute place with everything you need for a trip to Maui.
The condo was a Little dated as far as decor inside, but that was to be expected as it was a little bit cheaper than some of the other properties. The lanai was very peaceful and quiet. Brian was very quick to respond to our questions and allowed us an early check-in and a late check out. The location of the Palms at Wailea is excellent and I would definitely stay at this property again.
Our stay at the Palms was such a nice treat! Brian, the property manager, was so helpful when we had questions. He called us back quickly when he could not answer. We found him to be friendly and professional. We will definitely return!
This is one of the less "upgraded" units at the Palms. It has a nice garden level deck, but with no view and in the shade all day.It does however have easy access to the sunny pool area, and a short walk to the bottom of the property and across to probably the best beach on this side of Maui.
The hosts were very good about responding to any of my concerns.
Very dated, no spices but listing said it had them. Also listing said there was a BBQ and there is a picture of it in the listing.

The condo that I stayed in was dated and in need of major upgrades. Here are a few of the things I noticed 1. Carpet was dirty needs to be ripped out 2. Dishwasher top rack was broken 3. Washer and dryer very old and dryer would not stay on even with just a few items in it. 4. Front bathroom was old. Vanity was pulling away from the wall. 5. Tiny ants in the kitchen living room, master bathroom. This was after Terminex came in and sprayed the second day we were there. The property was beautiful and the grounds were very well cared for. The outside of the buildings looked like it had recently been painted. But the condo I stayed in was not clean and very old needs remodeling. My friends stayed in a condo across the parking lot that was beautiful inside updated and no ants! The owner also texted me at 9:45 the day of departure making sure I knew I needed to clear out by 11:00. He was waiting in the parking lot to make sure I left on time. He did text back thanking me for leaving the place clean! Next time I rent a VRBO I will do a bit more research.
Upscale Wailea unit and complex. Quiet, serene. Excellent pool/spa area with sunset views. Recommended.
Overall was pretty good. We were disappointed that both the dishwasher could not be used because the top rack was broken, and the main toilet was not functioning. We feel both these items should’ve been addressed before our stay, but at the very least while we were here.
