By the Sea Villa is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6. This is a ground floor unit with a nice grassy yard off the lanai, surrounded by tropical greenery and with an excellent view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.

The spacious open-concept main living area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining space, great room, and a covered lanai with a built-in grill. The indoor dining table comfortably seats six, while the lanai offers a dining table for four, perfect for enjoying meals with a view of the scenic Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.
The inviting living room is equipped with a large Ultra HD 4K TV, offering the ultimate in entertainment.

A $25 per night fee per group grants you access to the spectacular Hali'i Kai Ocean Club, just a short walk from the villa. This oceanfront paradise boasts a tiered saltwater lagoon-style pool with cascading waterfalls, a rejuvenating spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with stunning ocean views. For a convenient and tasty meal, the Ocean Club Bar and Grill is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The required fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office upon check-in.
The resort has two world-class golf courses and there is a tennis court in the community.

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Things to do
Within the Waikoloa Beach Resort you'll find the white sand A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay) beach. A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

This property is amazing!!
We were very happy with this property... close to the pool/restaurant area and nice views of the sunset every night. There were a couple small issues (door code not working, wifi not connecting) but owners/maintenance took care of it right away. Can't wait for our next visit!
Hali'i Kai is a beautiful, quiet destination for a family getaway. The By The Sea villa is well located within the property, has lovely views, and is a short walk from the pool and fitness center. We visited during high season and so found it challenging to find enough seating at the pool, but it was still a far better experience than a crowded resort. We spotted whales daily from the pool deck, and it is a great location for enjoying the sunset. We would visit again, and would recommend it to family and friends.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hali’ Kai. The condo was well equipped and spacious. The beds were comfortable! The garage even had tons of stuff for kids activities including bikes and boogie boards and snorkels. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed several sunset there. We’d stay there again for sure!

Great place to stay. The property had great amenities from basketball to pickle ball, great pool...so much fun! We will be back!
Lovely condo overlooking the golf course, and from the walk-out, of the ocean. We walked the ocean path to the Hilton most mornings, drove to Hapuna beach for boogie boarding and cooked meals every day. The unit had most everything needed. Be aware that the bikes look better than they are though. The gated community is a nice size for a quick walk. The pool area is lovely and a big draw — we had lunch there one day and it was something we would do again. If the places we have stayed at in Waikoloa general area it was the best mix of location and age of unit we have found. We would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful condo. Could see both the sunset and the "sunrise" (sun over the mountain) from the Lanai. Very clean, nice appliances, comfortable couch, nice TV. Easy walking distance to the pool area and the Hilton's pool area. Good kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils, blender, etc. Full size washer and dryer. The two main things that we didn't like were the bed in the master bedroom and the Lanai light. The bed felt really soft and my wife could feel the springs. She ended up sleeping in one of the other beds for a few of the nights because the master bed made her back hurt. I don't think we would stay here again unless the bed is replaced. The Lanai light was out for our entire trip. To the owner's credit they did get someone out there quickly when I informed them that the light was out to replace it. Turns out that it was a problem with the fixture and it would take time to receive the parts to fix it. I was bummed because I was looking forward to eating dinner outside. I live someplace cold so I will not be able to eat outside until sometime in May.
We had a great stay at Hali’i Kai! The owners provided everything we needed including beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, bikes and more. The property is on the golf course, and the sunset views were amazing. The air conditioning was cold, too. Our only small complaint would be that the DVD player wasn’t working, and we had hopes for a movie night.
