This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished with each bedroom having its own private ensuite.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Upstairs Primary Suite #1 - King size bed, spa like ensuite and elegant hardwood finished closet.
Downstairs Primary #2 - King size bed, with private ensuite bath with walk-in (no step) shower.
Third Bedroom - 2 Queen beds and full private primary ensuite bath
The open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large Lanai doors (with screens) open up to a large covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen with private BBQ grill and fridge. There is also a wonderful private walled courtyard to enjoy your coffee outdoors just off the kitchen.
The large living area with vaulted wood ceilings is airy and is a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! Here you can play family games, listen to music on the sound-bar, watch the game on the brand new UltraHD 4K TV, or relax with a movie.
Beyond building an elegant, yet comfortably furnished home, we know it's often the small surprises and conveniences that make all the difference.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. You'll find an abundance of snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, and beach toys in the garage.
For your day at the beach:
- Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
- Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
- Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
- Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
- Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
If you'd prefer not to drive, there is an assortment of bikes They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children:
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
You can also enjoy access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the overlooking Napua Restaurant, just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
If you have a larger group consider renting Hale Kanani, just a few doors away or nearby Coconut Telegraph Villa.

This house was perfect for our two families of four. The kids shared the 2 full size bedroom and each couple got their own king sized bedroom. The lanai couches were lovely for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.
The house had everything we needed for our trip! They thought of everything!
A stylish home in a quiet development with plenty of room for family with 2 adult sons to enjoy an active vacation that included road-biking - Queen's Highway portion of Iron Man right outside development. Home is equipped to prepare your meals in with a nice Foodland just a few minute walk. The garage has all the gear you'll need for a day on the beach: coolers, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling. The few issues we had were quickly addressed by management and maintenance team. We would definitely stay here again.
Such a great place to stay! It was in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed pool, exercise room, and private beach access. The house was in great condition and decorated in such a fun way, with lots of space for our group of 8. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the AC worked very well. It was one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in!
We had wonderful time with our friends in this house . There is everything to feel like home. Perfect location, close to beach, store and restaurants. Kitchen has everything to prepare food, bbq works good. Beds comfortable, enough bath towels and also beach towels was provided. Even laundry detergent and dryer sheets.Beach chair and some other stuff for beach was in garage. Overall,it’s an excellent place to stay and enjoy your vacation!
We enjoyed the house.
We’ve stayed in many homes in this area of Hawai’i, and this is up there as one of the best! Perfect for our two families. Appointed so well, kitchen has everything. Lovely Lanai, we enjoyed being outside. Usually perfect beach amenities provided (through PiH?). No hesitation recommending this home!
