We have now partnered with the wonderful homeowners of House of Manta to provide a very similar well equipped home for your entire family or group to enjoy.
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 8 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

This single level 3 bedroom home is fully furnished two Primary Suites, each with an ensuite.
One has a King size bed and the other a Queen.
The third bedroom is furnished with two TwinXL beds which can be combined as a King with gel topper.
The living room also features a new queen sleeper sofa.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 4 at the expansive kitchen island.
The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.

The home was lovely and sparkly clean. The neighborhood was quiet, and its pool was great and was just down the street (very walkable). It was nice that we could do 2 beds in the 3rd room - so appreciated that flexibility. We easily had space for our 2 cars between the garage and driveway at this home. We decided not to do a golf cart, but many others had one. We’d have had space for that in addition to our cars for those interested. Great location - close to multiple beaches, including the private one that you get a card for. The Hilton resort passes were a nice add. We used the house as our home base for multiple adventures all across the island - we used the Shaka Guide that they recommended. Well worth it if you like to go on tours in addition to your beach days. Our family (all adults) stayed at this home, and everyone agreed there was plenty to do for people with a variety of interests. The beach chairs, bikes, cooler, snorkeling gear made the stay even better. The home was well stocked with the basics when we were there - spices, soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc. A grocery store was just down the street for anything we forgot. Finally, the hosts were awesome. They answered every question (and I had many) before we even rented and the responses were quick. I’d rent this house or another PiH home in the future. Their digital guest guide was the best I’ve ever seen. They made everything go smoothly. Their communication was amazing. Thank you!!
Amazing location, host and house. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect and the management company responses were prompt and courteous. The residence was well appointed with everything you would need on a Hawaiian vacation.
We had a great stay. Neighborhood was a great location, we could walk/ride bikes to shops and grocery store. Pool was amazing. Beach gear and bikes were nice and useful. Passes to the Hilton was a fun bonus.
Good place to stay with family
property was very family friendly with everything we needed for the ages of the children (4, 7, 10 1/2) as well as the adults! We enjoyed the pool very much!
