Property Overview
This Hawaiian vacation condo has been beautifully upgraded with stone flooring, dark wood cabinets and granite counter tops throughout.
You'll love the ease of a walk in ground level unit with no stairs.
An open floor plan leads from kitchen to dining to the sunken living area which then flows out toward the lanai via pocket sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the amazing views in every direction from the lanai. You'll want to spend much of your time relaxing on your lanai enjoying the magnificent ocean views!
The King Bedroom has its own office area and ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping is provided by a new sleeper sofa. There is an additional powder bathroom for your convenience. Washer and dryer in unit with needed supplies to make traveling easier.
We provide a guidebook, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. This unit is equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs, central air, ceiling fans, and many useful items such as laundry soap, paper products, shampoo and body wash.
Very spacious for a one bedroom condo and completely set up with brand new furnishings!
Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Location was great (ocean view) and the condo was very well stocked with everything you need.
We spent a lovely week in Jason's condo at the Point. The recent renovations are very nice, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook while you are there, beach chairs, etc. are available, and the view across the thirteenth fairway is priceless. We will defintely stay here again.
The condo is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need and the location is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. We hope to stay here again soon.
Terrific location and neighborhood. We were happily surprised when we arrived by the sunset over the ocean from our lanai. Very clean and a dream condo!! We will be back
Great sunsets. Fully stocked kitchen. All the necessities for the beach.Beautiful grounds. For long stay like ours some minor cleaning supplies like toilet bowl cleaner, and Windex would’ve been good. Would stay here again for sure.
We stayed at Mauna Lani for a week while we were on the island for a wedding at the Fairmont Orchid. We were able to immediately relax upon arrival after a 16+ hour travel day. The condo was clean and even better than described. The view from the lanai is simply stunning, especially at sunset. We had everything we needed to spend days comfortably at the beach (towels, chairs, cooler bag, snorkeling gear all supplied). The area is perfect for morning walks/runs. We enjoyed having access to a pool, hot tub, and the private beach club. Additionally, we were a very short drive from a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. The very best part was Jason’s generosity in allowing us a late check-out on our final day as our flight did not leave until 7:30pm. I can’t say enough good things about the condo, location, and host!
From initial inquiry to departure this rental was a breeze! Fabulous location with incredible sunsets. Can’t wait to come back during whale season and just the humpback whale show. This unit has an incredible remodel and was far better than the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen and amenities. This is my go to rental when coming to the Big Island!
Spacious 1 bedroom. Very clean and updated. We had all we needed including beach chairs. It has a beautiful ocean view and comfortable back patio. Dining and watching the sunset from the patio was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the Beach Club which made for a relaxing afternoon. We’ll be back. Aloha!
Comfortable and great location. View was better than expected. We were able to see whales breaching the water from the lanai.
Beautiful accommodations, clean and included everything you’d ever need in the kitchen and for the beach! The lanai is the best place to hang out with whales breaching and golfers on the 13th. Loved everything about the unit. We will be back!

This is the third occasion that my wife and I stayed in this unit. It is nicely furnished and well appointed with all amenities. The location is great with views of the golf course and the ocean.
