Perfect location for our stay. Front lanai is perfect to watch the sun set in the evenings. Great communication with hosts. Would highly reccomend.
The house was exactly as pictured. The hot tub was awesome! Beautiful view and a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent this house again.
Only one item but being very picky. I would add a sprayer to the kitchen sink.Also maybe some instructions on keeping hot tub sanitized. I just put in a small amount of shock each day.

Big Island Stays were fabulous hosts. Igor was incredibly helpful—checking in once in a while, and responding to the few questions we had super fast. We always felt we were in good hands and knew if anything came up it would be handled really promptly. The owners have provided a really helpful three ring binder about the property, the town, and the island.The house was perfect for us. It's very quiet and private. The back yard is enclosed by a stone wall and fencing and has lush vegetation all around. We ate all our meals on the lanai there, and had many pleasant stretches of time reading and talking while listening to the songs and calls of a vast variety of birds.The house is very nicely furnished. The owners have gone to considerable length and thoughtfulness to make it comfortable and frustration free. The mattresses are very comfortable and very high quality, as are the sheets and towels. The kitchen is well equipped with good cutlery and a variety of Greenpan cookware. And they have also gone out of their way to make it environmentally friendly—solar panels that provide most of the electricity, the Greenpan cookware, environment-friendly soap, shampoo; and more. The location is fabulous. You can be in the heart of the action on Ali'i Drive in no more than five minutes. We loved having this wonderful, comfortable, pleasant house to call home for our stay in Hawaii. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a great place to stay near in Kona.
This place had everything you could need for a wonderful stay in Hawaii. Kitchen was stocked. Had sand toys. Puzzles and books and plenty of other convenient items. Beds were comfortable. Ample space indoors and out. And not to mention the ocean views. I will keep this place in mind if we visit again. Mahalo for a wonderful time!
Convenient located in a nice neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen towels, chairs coolers made it easy for days at the beach.
My sister and I (75 yrs old) were enjoying Kona & Big Island. The house was everything perfect, clean and comfortable, good weather during our stay.
Property is very clean and well stocked for visitors. Well furnished and decorated . We really enjoyed our time in this “peaceful” community. (No coqui frogs) and if you are familiar with these critters, you know that they can keep you awake at night Met a few of the neighbors and got to enjoy the mango and oranges that one of the neighbors planted. The landscaping in the community as far as plants is absolutely beautiful. Flowers galore!!!I enjoyed walking each morning to enjoy the plants and driving back and forth to admire everyone’s yard. Beautiful view of Kona Bay can also be enjoyed from Hale Kona. You won’t be disappointed..
Had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was in order. Super quiet, beautiful neighborhood, fantastic location. AC was cranking, hot tub was hot, beds and pillows were very high quality and plush. Lovely, carefully selected natural products for bath and laundry, and kitchen was stocked with everything one could need. The management company was super responsive and accommodating, and the owner provided a really sweet guide for guests. It really felt like the owners and management care about guests. This is truly a 5 star vacation rental. Would 100 percent return and recommend!
The house is pristine, comfortable and well stocked. The location is ideal. A few minutes to groceries and downtown Kona. Easy access to beaches north and south. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood despite proximity to stores and highway. Slept with windows open and didnt hear any road noise. Would stay here again.
