This amazing Balinese style home with 4 master bedrooms each with its attached bathroom is the perfect way to explore beautiful Kauai. Nestled on a one acre lot surrounded by tropical gardens at Poipu Beach Estates, this home is in the heart of sunny Poipu. Walking distance to beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, galleries and cool local shops.

This luxury home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that offers plenty of privacy. All bedrooms are master suites with their own bathrooms and lanais to enjoy nature and get closer to paradise. The large one acre lot has plenty of space for kids to play as well as park several cars, making it ideal for large/multiple families.
There is plenty to do close by, with relaxing beaches, spas, shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes away (The Shops at Kukui’ula and Poipu Shopping Village). For those seeking activities, there is snorkeling, surfing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, botanical gardens, ATV tours, zip lines and much more. Located centrally on the south shore provides easy access to the world famous Napili coast (and the Green turtles) and Waimea canyon on the west, Wailua river and the secret Uluwehi waterfalls on the east and Princeville on the north. And best of all, the airport is only about 20 mins away.

We also have two pack n plays in boxes for families with young children.
Free access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club (half a mile away) to enjoy time with the family in the swimming pool, bar, dining, gym, fitness/yoga classes, sports courts and spa for a resort experience. The home has a large flat screen TV with all movie and sports channels to relax and comfortably watch on a large sectional leather sofa. High speed internet and Wi-Fi is provided for multiple device connectivity.
This home has a lush zen tropical garden where you can enjoy outdoor dining while watching butterflies and birds. Beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided for you to enjoy swimming with the fish in the ocean.
Please note that the entire house (living, dining and all 4 bedrooms) have ACs and fans for your comfort. Some old reviews might state that central part of the house doesn’t have AC, but we have added new ACs there and there are no breaker/electrical issues for several years now. The house was amazing there were 15 of us close a lot of beautiful places would definitely recommend this house
This is an ideal location for 4 couples who want a seperate ( and equal !) bedroom / ensuite but shared living space . In our case it was us , plus 3 adult children & partners , each with 2 small children. The house is spacious / private and comfortable. It is a 10-minute walk to the shops @ Kukuiula but you do need a car for the 15 minute drive to the closest supermarket ( Big Save in Kōloa ) The access to the Poipu Athletic club was great both for the gym and pool ( great for the small kids ) but also a 5 minute drive as there aren’t continuous sidewalks…..same goes for the beaches, Poipu Beach is where we saw up to 12 turtles on the same day . No problems contacting Melissa for minor issues , she was promptly helpful ! Thank you , I’ve already recommended this house to a couple of friends with adult children / grandchildren , it was a lovely vacation .
We had a wonderful stay at Poipu Beach Estates. Our host was very welcoming and also quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was perfect for our large, extended family and very clean. We appreciated the easy walk to the nearby beaches and the access to the pool and fitness club.
This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill. The house is equipped with all the beach gear you need which was so nice. Melissa, Property Manager responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions.
This property was so wonderful ! 4 different wings for our 3 kids and spouses! They each had their own bathroom,bedroom, air conditioning unit. It was perfect for us!

expected pool access to be closer. desired AC in whole facility. it was very hot in the house. AC in bedrooms only. had trouble with electricity and plumbing during the stay. place was clean and location was easy assess.
We are a family of 9 including 3 children, 8,9, and 12. This house worked out very well for us. Kids loved exploring the grounds. The electricity is a bit fluky [I believe the owner knows and is working to improve]. The circuit is just not powerful enough for all the new A/C and much else. So it cuts out unexpectedly until one learns how to manage it. Easy enough to restart. One other minor issue, entry is via a lockbox containing keys. It would be a nice addition to make the door itself keyless using a combination lock. Overall, we were very pleased.
