Please note, due to two extreme storm events that impacted the 2026 work schedule for the Bay Villa pools.
The updated schedule is as follows:
Pool Closure Dates
Pool B: March 2 – April 17, 2026
Pool C: March 30 – April 24, 2026
Pool A: April 27 – May 22, 2026
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
To get back on schedule, Saturday work may be required.
The schedule is based on weather conditions.
During all closure periods, the affected pool areas will remain active construction zones. For safety reasons, there will be no access to the pool decks, and associated amenities, including BBQs, showers, bathrooms, and pool furniture, will not be available for use in the affected areas.
We provide complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Nice unit, very nice ocean view. Close, short walk to Montage and Ritz Carlton for breakfast or dinner. Close to uncrowed pools with ocean views and very close to beaches and hiking trail. Air conditioning worked okay. All was great except having to take trash to dumpster do dishes at checkout. I give a 4.5

This property was AMAZING!! We loved the beautiful views from every room in the condo. Everything was very clean. Check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the small touches like the decoratively folded paper towels and little bag of coffee/tea to get us started for the week. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to come back next time!!
Our family enjoyed staying at this villa! Waking up to the beautiful sunrise was exceptional to say the least! We loved walking down to enjoy the beaches as well as the nearby pools! The villa looks exactly like the pictures and is well kept. Thank you for the great memories and a getaway our family truly needed!
Have stayed in Kapalua a lot and this is one of the best units I've found. Easy check-in, easy communication, great spot.
This condo was perfect for a couple getaway! The condo was clean and well-equipped. All my questions were answered promptly by the management company. We loved the peace and quiet of the condo. Easy access to everything in Kapalua. Easy (walking) access to Oneloa & Kapalua beaches. Condo had beach chairs & umbrella for use on the beach. Quick drive to Lahaina. We selected this condo based on its proximity to the ocean. We were not disappointed! The view and the sound of the ocean ceasing against the rocks were amazing. The condo was close to great walking trails and a beautiful beach. It was so quiet and relaxing. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. There are a few things that need to be repaired in the unit. Bedroom ceiling fan blades are installed backwards. It looks like a wilted plant. The patio door in the bedroom is broken and the screens on the windows on the patio are torn up and falling off. The chairs in the living room have fabric on the bottom that is breaking down and scatters black dust particles every time you use them.
The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed. It was clean. Great views. Loved it.
The condo complex is in a more upscale, quiet, non-busy part of Maui and close to excellent snorkeling beaches/coves. The unit was very clean and well equipped.
