Updated 2 Bedroom Condo Walk to the Beach & Shops.

Loved the place we stayed! Great Location and clean. We would stay there again!

Communication with a host was clear and timely, location of condo was excellent. We are go to the beach people and condo was literally 15 to 20 minutes max from the furthest beach. Condo was well supplied with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, etc. Large unit. Literally right next to the pool, but the site was very quiet, and the grounds beautifully maintained. 20 minutes from a major grocery store, small market, etc. five minutes away. Best by far about this unit was how well everything was stocked… Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish, soap, laundry, soap, shampoo, etc. It’s those little things that really make a difference and made this unit stand out. We stayed for two weeks, we normally stay in South Kona. This was our first time staying up north and we would absolutely 100% utilize this condo again. Cannot say enough good things about it!

It was a great location, conveniently located by the Kings mall and Queens Marketplace. The apartment was clean and spacious! Would recommend!

Very nice quiet, clean and well appointed. Great bed and sheets. Kitchen could use a salad spinner and a coffee drip cone. We have stayed at Vista Waikoloa before and really liked this unit.

This is a beautiful condo in a very nice resort area of the island. The location was perfect for us as we visited Kona and Hilo sides of the island. Also very near some great snorkeling beaches that they gave directions to access.

Great place with nice amenities, convenient location, equipped kitchen, beach chairs. It was the perfect place for our relaxing vacation

Absolutely fantastic

We enjoyed Reg and Susan's two bedroom condo in Waikoloa. The unit was about 20 steps to the complex's saltwater lap pool with two jacuzzis, and about a one minute walk to a small fitness center and a large community area with several grills. The complex is also located conveniently within Waikoloa - it's 10-15 minute walk to the King's shops and the Marriott hotel, another block past that to the Queen's shops, a 5 minute walk to the Hilton, and a 5 minute walk to a nice beach trail across the street from the complex. We watched the sun rise between Mauna Kea and Anaeho'omalu Bay every morning. Several renowned beaches and hikes are within a 20-30 minute drive. Reg and Susan were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Waikoloa! The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. There was plenty of beach gear, including chairs and coolers. Easy access to the beach and quite a few restaurants/stores if you don’t feel like driving.

The place was very clean peaceful and quiet. We were busy exploring the island with the waterfalls and valleys to spend too much time in the condo. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much.

We loved our 3 day stay at this property. It had lots of beach accessories and this property was clean and modern. We didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but would definitely book this property again next.

We had the most wonderful stay at Reg and Susan's condo and would absolutely choose to stay here again on a return visit to the Big Island. The condo's amenities of beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and even beach bags to carry our towels and snorkels in made beach days a breeze. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals in-house which was a huge money-saver. We loved the close proximity to the beautiful and heated pool too!

Beautiful condo! Very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Favorite things: daily visit from a feral turkey; snorkeling on Beach 69, right nearby; super comfortable beds; and the relaxing trade winds every night. This location is a great jumping off point for exploring the north side of the island.

Such a beautiful condo! It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! Perfect location for us and we loved that it was on the ground floor. The lanai was wonderful and we sat out there every morning and enjoyed our coffee. Easy 1 min walk to the pool. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to make meals. We wished we could have stayed longer! Even my family who stayed down the road at the Marriott wished they were staying here instead. We will definitely rent again next time we are on the island. Reg and Sue were amazing hosted and very accommodating with some last min changes! Thank you so much for making this family trip better!

Spent 7 nights in June. Great property, hosts were friendly and attentive. Questions were answered very quickly. This does not have a beach view but it is a short walk to beach access. This area is quiet and not as crowded as Kona.

Great experience from start to finish. This is thanks to Reg and Susan’s thorough yet simple instructions to access entry into the front gate, parking, parking pass, lock box, etc. that are easily accessible online and they also have them printed once inside the condo. They have pictures to accompany each step printed if needed and all of their pictures online at booking are exactly what you get once inside. The condo is well stocked with dishes, utensils, washing detergent and to top it all off they have a closet full of gear for beach, pool, water sports! I wish nothing but the best for you and your property! MAHALO!

We have stayed at Waikoloa Vista many times and this was by far the BEST well stocked Condo we've stayed in. From the Kitchen, Bathrooms, Beach Gear...you will never go wrong on this Rental. So Clean and updated...beds so comfortable, amazing bathrooms/showers/Washer & Dryer and I want that dryer! These folks know their Customers and make their Condo so welcoming and inviting. We will be back for sure :)

Property was great! Would stay again.

Advertised as second floor, two twin beds in second bedroom. We were on first floor, one double bed. But it did not matter much. The facility was clean and integrated to the outdoors with two lanais. Seating was comfortable with many chair and couch options. No complaints from anyone. Our group consisted of retired anthropology professors who received their Ph.D. degrees from Stanford U. We held long discussions everyday sharing our accumulated experience on the topic of how social structures and organizations need much more attention in public discourse, policy and planning. We all learned from each other and had a great time in a wonderful environment. (No communication with property manager)

The condo was clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect. The pool was steps away from the condo. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

The place was great, and exactly what it looks like in the listing. A nice place to stay, about twenty minutes walk from the shops and A-beach. Easy drive to lots of other beaches. The hosts were flexible about check in time, which we appreciated as we got there a few hours early. Highly recommend. If you don't feel like walking all the way to A Beach to see the sunset, there's a rocky promontory which also has great sunsets and is slightly closer. (But unlike A beach, you can't swim from there...)

Great details and directions for checking in. Well supplied from beach accessories to food items and kitchen supplies. Easy walk to the Hilton, A-bay for sunsets and shopping. This area was great. Thank you, would book again.

My daughter advised me that we would probably be more comfortable in this neighborhood 25 miles north of Kona. Was she ever right! Kona is kind of honky tonk, - lots of cheap little gift shops, noisy, crowded. This neigborhood is much quieter and relaxed. It is about a mile to the ocean, however there is parking, bathrooms and shade there if you choose to go. We spend more of our time at the pool. This unit is lovely. Perfect for a couple. The owner / manager was very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay in Reg and Sue’s condo six years after our first. They’ve made some lovely improvements that made our stay so comfortable. The new lanai furniture is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee listening to the birds or relaxing with a book. The condo has everything needed to make meals and enjoy the beach. We love A Beach nearby and Hāpuna beach a little further north for great boogie boarding. Giada beach is a close walk for lovely sunsets. Bring a chair and enjoy the sunset on the coral beach. We look forward to our next visit!

This condo is clean and well-stocked and has a great layout and an especially spacious lanai. Closeness to the pool was very convenient. Grills were close by in a central area, which we liked (other complexes have grills spread all over the place and you can waste time searching for an available one). The complex is also very well located, within walking distance of the shoreline, Hilton, and the Kings Shops. Owners replied quickly and helpfully to our inquiries. We've found everything we needed in this condo and we'd love to stay in it again.
