Hawaii is calling- answer with this laid-back island bungalow. Just a step from Keauhou Bay and shopping center, this tropical retreat comes fully furnished for breezy coastal comfort. An expansive private lanai comes furnished for luxe outdoor living and the gas grill sets the stage for a luau-style barbecue. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, and two inflatable paddleboards are also provided for island excursions. A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off after trips to the beach.
Designed for family gatherings, the interior features a spacious, open layout and a stylish updated design. The gorgeous kitchen boasts sparkling counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for home cooking, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the beautiful, carved wood dining table can accommodate up to four for indoor meals. The picnic bench-style dining table on the lanai is ready to host al fresco meals. Relax and restore in one of four bedrooms (the fourth bedroom is in the loft above the garage). Mini-split air-conditioners. and ceiling fans offers cooling comfort throughout the home while free WiFi and a private washer/dryer cover the modern must-haves.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was perfect. Great house for a group
This is a recently remodeled property with new/newer furniture and decorations throughout.AC is only in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/common area.There is a VERY nice outdoor living space with a HUGE table, couch and lounge chairs.The location was PERFECT for us. The neighbor is very nice and relatively quiet.There are TONS of beach items available for your use, two stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, a very nice ice chest, and a significant pile of snorkel/mask/fin sets.The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook our meals. Appliances are new and very nice.The laundry machines are the stackable variety. They worked perfectly.The BBQ worked perfectly.If you have a large group, THE SHACK is an outstanding home away from home!

This house was a great setup and very nicely equipped. Location was really convenient and just as advertised.
We really enjoyed our time here. Very nice place with everything you need. Super close to the bay for fun in the water and very cool water toys to play with. We had a great time.
Kona and this property was absolute perfection.we loved our stay. Highly recommend!!thanks to the owners and property managers. Stores/food shop just up the road, close to great Bay. Lovely walks and very safe. Very welcoming and confortable home. Love outdoor shower and place above garage.
