Amazing location and view. Rental was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Rohan checked on us when we arrived. Check in and check out was easy. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Quiet area. Lots of turtles near the shore to observe. Even saw monk seals. Good snorkeling. Short walk to beach, harbor, restaurants, and Maui Ocean Center. Good central location to do day trips to other areas.

If I could give six stars I would. The location is phenomenal - we saw sea turtles in the ocean from the balcony! I spent so much time on that balcony, it was shaded in the afternoon and had a great reclining lounge chair. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen so well stocked. The location is quiet and so convenient to access the rest of the island from. I will definitely stay here again next time we make it to Maui!!

Amazing view off the balcony. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Great kitchen with all the necessary pots pans, etc.Pool was nice and clean. Friendly neighbors. Fun to see turtles right next to the condo in the water. Good location to get around the island. Golfing was excellent. Road to Hana a bit scary to drive but well worth it. Would definitely recommend this place. Would come here again.

The condo was in a great location, beautifully decorated, and the view from the lanai was amazing! The owner Rohan called when we got in, to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful property with a beautiful view of the ocean!

This VRBO was well appointed and in a great location. Our host Rohan called the first night and checked in with us. We wanted quiet and this was the place. It was a short walk to the Marina which we scheduled a Whale Watching Tour. This place had everything we needed. The sunsets were Magical. We were able to see whales breaching in the Bay one day and saw turtles everyday by the shore.

The condo was spacious and as described. It is in a very quiet community. The beds were a little hard for my family but we were exhausted fromdays of exploring. The condo is perfectly located for whale watching from the balcony or on a commercial tour. The pool area was very clean and never busy. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook some or all of your meals. The owner had beach chairs and umbrella which was very helpful!

A beautiful and well stocked condo with everything from beach to cooking was available and a view to die for. The only one complaint was the back bedroom’s mattress was very uncomfortable. The grounds and building is very well maintained by Ivan “Batman “who has much pride in his duties and always helpful with any inquiries. It was another enjoyable 6 weeks in apt.208 we will be back for a third time. Thanks ,Karen and Seon

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed as listed in the description online plus more. Rohan, the host, called shortly after we arrived welcoming us! He asked if we needed anything and gave us his number to contact him if we did need anything. The location was great.and easy to get to. We saw sea turtles along our sea wall every day!! We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we return!

Great location central to everything on the island. Very well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic view from the balcony with lots of turtles and rays paddling by throughout the day. Not to be missed!

Well taken care of

This is our second stay in this unit and everything was just as good as the first. Rohan checks on you when you arrive. The condo is clean, beautifully updated, and located in a quiet area with quick access to the rest of the island. We love watching the waves roll in across the bay and seeing the sea turtles feed along the seawall. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful ocean front condo! We watched the turtles from the lanai. The condo was equipped with everything. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully decorated condo. Beds and linens are high quality. Centrally located on the island for easy trips to Kaanapali or Kihei.

In 20+ years of staying in short-term rentals, this may have been the very best. The location is convenient to the entire island and being waterfront can't be beat. The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked, completely comfortable in every way - so much so that it would have been very enjoyable just to stay in. Just a short walk to the beach, the harbor, and great restaurants. Hope to have the opportunity to return.

Highlight was definitely the ocean view & sounds from the balcony and seeing dozens of sea turtles every day. Walking distance to a beach and Harbor with a few stores and restaurants. Pretty quiet which we liked. Condo was nice for the 3 of us. Everything we needed was there. We never saw the property manager, but we had good info from owner and a resident so it didn’t matter.

Our fav building in the Maalaea complex! This unit has everything and tasteful upgraded furniture so that it’s very comfortable and the view is amazing. Only downside for us (3 80 year olds) was the firmness of the beds. Very firm!

This is a beautiful property with an ocean view. We could see whales and turtles right from our lanai. We loved how it was in the center of Maui and easy to get to anyplace.

Great views for whale watching. Had everything we needed and more.

This unit provided everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the lanai, and the views were incredible. Rohan was easy to work with. The area is a little quieter than staying in Kihei, or Lahaina, which we have done in the past, but we very much appreciated being able to walk to shops and restaurants With very light traffic. The unit was very quiet at night. We would book it again.

Nicely situated for ease of movement around central and south Maui. We intentionally stayed away from Lahaina area for obvious reasons. Proximity to ocean was fantastic. Interior space was roomy. Entire area is quiet except when the jets are on their landing pattern. Pool area quiet and easily accessible. Whale sightings were fantastic. Most visible without binoculars

This condo is centrally located and a great departure point to explore different parts of the island each day. We especially enjoyed our late afternoons whale watching from the comfort of the balcony.

This was the first time on Maui. After exploring the entire island during our stay and seeing other condos during open houses, we realized what an awesome unit and great location we had. This unit is centrally located to everything you want to do. Sit on the lanai and watch turtles pop their heads up, while you relax and play cribbage. Great unit! The host was very attentive. He welcomes you when you arrive and asks how your stay was. Very pleased! Would love to stay here again!

Finding the condo was a breeze thanks to Google maps. The entry process only required a 4 digit code to the door. Once inside it looked just like the pictures. Clearly this place is all about the kitchen. It's big and newly remodeled with all the necessary cooking tools available. The fridge is large and has an ice maker. The furniture and decor was nicely done. The complex wasn't new but it was well kept and we were greeted into the complex by a sweet orange cat. The unit was on the 2nd floor facing the ocean. The view is beautiful! The few days we were there they had an unusual large swell creating great surf watching from the patio, however, it made for an unfriendly environment for the turtles to hang out. We were told that turtles are usually all over along this piece of shore line. The condo linen were nice with plenty of towels. The beds were comfy. There was a very strong trade wind that blew through the condo 24hrs a day. Without it it would've been extremely hot. We didn't need the beach equipment because we had it all from early in the week, however, we did use the beach towels provided. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. They don't spin very fast though creating very little air movement. There are 2 BBQ on the pool deck that worked well. The pool was just a typical pool but right on the shoreline. It was well kept.
