This brand-new, single-level condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and is thoughtfully designed for comfort, flexibility, and effortless island living.

The air-conditioned, open-concept living area features a dining table, a large dedicated desk, and an oversized sectional—perfect for relaxing indoors after a day at the beach. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, ideal for streaming or staying connected with friends, family, or work back home.
Enjoy complete freedom at mealtime. For those who love to cook, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a premium induction cooktop, Miele oven and microwave, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine fridge, plus basic oils and spices to get you started.
Prefer to dine out? You're just steps from the Hapuna Resort restaurants, with room service also available. A short drive—or possibly a hotel shuttle—takes you to the renowned dining options at the neighboring Mauna Kea Beach Hotel (advance reservations are highly recommended).
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private in-home laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Many guests never decide to leave the amazing beach, pools and hotel resort but there is so much more to explore on the Big Island of Hawaii. Please ask us for ideas for adventure seekers, families and romantic getaways.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
Hapuna Beachfront Bliss is a new home in the Hapuna Residences.
NOTE: To use of the hotel privileges at the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Beach hotel. The fee is $150/day base rate and $225/day during peak season for the entire group (Not per person) and is paid directly to the hotel.
Peak Rate Periods:
The following dates will incur peak rates. Standard base rates apply outside these periods:
- Spring Break: March 21, 2026 – April 11, 2026
- Thanksgiving: November 21, 2026 – November 27, 2026
- Festive Season: December 19, 2026 – January 2, 2027
This includes use of the hotel pools, fitness center, beach chairs, towels, hotel charging privileges, and discounts for golf at both the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Resorts.
At this time, the rates for the Resort Privileges have only been published for 2026.
The Resort typically updates its pricing annually and does not generally honor or grandfather the previous year's rates into a new calendar year.
As a result, 2027 rates will not be known until they are released by the Resort at the end of the year.

The room and view are next level. This is not your normal rental property. It's sliding wall of windows, the stunning views, and Hapuna Beach makes it very hard to motivate yourself to go anywhere else. Loved it! Beware, where ever else you go you'll be comparing it to this place and will wish you were back.

Great location attached to the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort with a great beach. The condo itself was very nice and had a great view of the beach.
The unit was well appointed and we appreciated all the extras including kitchenwares, baby items, nespresso & drip coffeemaker (small Kona coffee amenity), plenty of towels, and extra large couch. The unit uses the resort’s housekeeping and a high standard of clean is apparent. Layout was ideal for a new to walking infant to explore, and ideal for parents to rest (comfy & well insulated). Great sunset views! We were further impressed and delighted with the quality of time spent here that we decided to stay longer, from a weekend to a week. The management team at PinH assisted us with facilitating requests and directing the appropriate actions in a seamless and coordinated manner. Lots of helpful info provided ahead of time. We prefer this unit to other Hapuna Beach Residences we have stayed.
My family spent the last few days of our Hawaii vacation in this unit at Hapuna Beach. We had a fantastic time and the condo was perfect. It was everything we expected and more. Clean, comfortable. We loved having the washer, dryer and kitchen after being in "hotel rooms" for most of the vacation. The views from the lanai are beautiful with amazing sunsets. Easy beach access and the amenities and restaurants at the Westin were very convenient. The only glitch we had was not being able to get the electronic key to work, but the unit had physical keys so it really didn't matter.

This is the type of property that makes it impossible to give most others 5 stars. It was perfectly appointed in a stunning location. The managers did a great job of staying in contact with us as we ran up to arrival to ensure our check in and stay were perfect.
Our family loved this beautiful luxurious home with epic view of Hapuna beach and coastline! We had everything we needed and felt well taken care of.
