Hapuna Beach Residences B48 features a sleek, open-concept living space with contemporary finishes and two spacious bedrooms, providing both comfort and privacy. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into an inviting dining and living area—perfect for unwinding after a day in the ocean. Designed to showcase the natural beauty of the Kohala Coast, both the living room and primary bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling retractable glass sliders that open completely, welcoming in the soothing sounds of the ocean and refreshing sea breeze.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with luxurious bedding. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the bonus room offers a queen sofa sleeper that can also be converted into two twin beds, if preferred.

Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit. Please note: This privilege is offered directly by Mauna Kea Resort, and South Kohala Management is not responsible for any changes to resort services or amenities. Rates are as follows:
2026: $150 per day (Base Rate) | $225 per day (Peak Rate). Peak rates apply from March 21-April 11, November 21-27, and December 19-January 2, 2027.
