Gorgeous House Next Door to 1Hotel Hanalei Bay - Awesome Views Unit #10

Perfect location for us, walked to beaches, loved listening to birds and frogs. The home is beautiful.

This was a perfect place for my family. We loved getting to finish each day with a quick walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t want to leave!

A good house for us. Well equipped, although we never cooked. Fridge great, as was washing machine and dryer. Bed in master very comfortable too, family stayed in hotel, making location great for us all to meet up.

Beautiful views, Lanai was lovely, comfy beds, antique sofa and chairs not so comfy. Kitchen well appointed. Needs better knives. Needs more beach towels and shower towels for 7 day stay. Nice that they had beach chairs and umbrella as well as ice chest. Great condo overall. Would def stay there again.

This is such a magical place with everything you could ask for. We will be back! Loved the home and its location!

The communications about check-in could improve. We had trouble finding the WiFi connection code info and the tv login. Other than that it was its usual beautiful situation.

The views were just what I hoped and the home was very well furnished. But one reason I stayed there was the advertised location as being next to the 1 Hotel. I was looking forward to walking over there to dine a few times. But for some reason the hotel was not available to the public. Security did not allow me entrance. I verified their policy with the front desk. They were allowing entrance at a later date but after my departure from Kauai. Had I known this was going to happen, I might now had stayed here.

Everything about our stay was perfect! We can not wait to return again…

Beautiful condo with outstanding views! Home was spotless and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Excellent accommodations for one or two couples. Host was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. The adjacent town of Hanalei has some great restaurants and shopping. If I were to make any suggestions, more detailed directions to the condo would be appreciated. It took us some time to find since we landed at sunset and had to make our way there in the dark. The house numbers are small and not super visible from the car. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Kauai!

The view from this villa was fantastic! We sat on the back deck New Years Eve and in the distance we could see the bonfires and fireworks that were happening on Hanalei beach. We were able to walk down to both Hideways beach and Pua Poa beach, which is in front of 1 Hanalei Hotel. Every night we took a stroll over to the bluff overlooking Hanalei Bay and watched the surfers and sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the villa was clean and neat. Two things that could be improved upon, the furniture in the living area is not comfortable at all and there was no cupboard space in the kitchen to put away our groceries.

This was a fantastic property -- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, and wonderful location. Jessica was a great host -- communicative, helpful, and responsive to our every need. The views from the two balconies were mesmerizing and the overall privacy and peacefulness made for an extraordinary week in paradise. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views on the balcony were worth it in itself. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The perfect place to rest after long days exploring the island. Jessica was incredibly responsive, too! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I would book this property again in a heartbeat. Jessica was very communicative and the condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It's also right across the street from my favorite beach that we went to on the island, Hideaway Beach. The only thing I want to note for future travelers is that this condo does not have AC. I'm fine with it overall, but it meant that during the day it was a bit uncomfortable to stay in. At night it was fine with the windows / doors open. Also, the nene's (roosters) crowed all night to each other! I'm not a light sleeper at all, but they woke me up several times every night unless it was raining. I'd still book it in the future for the location but just wanted to share my experience.
