Hanalei Plantation Road Home - Dream Retreat with Pool & Ocean Views

I stayed here with my family of 5 and another family of 5. We had 6 kids with us ranging in age from 10 to 15. The property was immaculate when we arrived - super clean! It was also well stocked with everything we needed. It had great common spaces for our two families to enjoy games together, and the kids loved the pool! In addition, the location was awesome, and we loved being able to walk 5 minutes to Nourish Hanalei for breakfast in the mornings. Our concierge, Leticia, could not have been more helpful! She was delightful to work with, and we will definitely contact her again when we return to the island!

This house was perfect for our stay! We had nine people ages 17 and above and everyone was content and very satisfied. Unfortunately, it rained a lot while we were there and a lot of our activities got cancelled, but the pool kept us all entertained. We ended up paying the 250/day to heat the pool, because otherwise it was a little chilly due to the overcast weather. Communication was great when we had questions and the concierge service would have been helpful to plan activities. We will definitely book this house again in the future!

We were 2 families, totaling 8 people, and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had space and loved the pool! The house was immaculate, the communication was awesome and they even let us check in early without a fee. Lots of amenities and a lovely welcome gift. Our view was gorgeous, lots of coffee and wine time out on the balcony!

5146 HPR is a gorgeous, well kept home. It was spotless upon our arrival. There are basic cleaning supplies and soap, shampoo and conditioner in all of the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is lovely. The view is spectacular! The home gym is one of the best we’ve seen. The admin staff at PK is lovely to work with. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We will be back! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at the Hanalei Vista Estate. Everyone made sure that it was in tip top shape. Highly recommend this home to someone looking for a home with lots of amenities and a great location

We've been visiting Kauai for years and have rented many different homes, but this one is by far our favorite. The layout of the home is fantastic, with the primary bedroom upstairs and the remaining bedrooms downstairs, all of which are very spacious. The bunk room downstairs was perfect for our kids, and we even invited another family to join us for a week. We all fit very comfortably and truly enjoyed our stay. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We loved preparing dinner in the evenings while taking in the stunning views of Hanalei Bay. The best part about this place is its convenient location. We enjoyed being just a short drive to Hanalei, very close to the market in Princeville and 1Hotel for dining out, and also near the Kilauea area for shops, restaurants, and the amazing Farmer's Market on Saturdays. All in all, we loved this spot and felt very much at home here. We highly recommend this rental for larger groups and families eager to explore the North Shore of Kauai!

10/10 would stay in this beautiful home again. 4 adults and 4 kids. It’s hard to choose a favorite part of the house - the bunk bed room, the master suite (jaw dropping), the kitchen/great room, the world class gym, the endless pool, or the sunset views over Hanalei. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. Enjoy the 2 minute walk to Nourish. Close to Foodland grocery and close to everything in Hanalei Bay.

The views from this home are stunning, every morning we woke up to rainbows over Hanalei Bay. The walk down to the private beaches is also beautiful and one of a kind, we enjoyed doing it every morning and every day for sunset. The house itself was immaculate. The house is covered in windows so we truly had the best views over Hanalei Bay. When we arrived, the home was SPOTLESS. And Phil was friendly and communicative about the check in process and viewing the home. We loved the pool, the outdoor shower (which had warm water!) in its own little jungle vibe oasis area and the private yard for a gym. The kitchen is fully equipped and the home had a ton of towels and amenities for us to use. Thank you so, so much for the best rental experience we’ve ever had. This home was lovely and so special. Unforgettable and completely worth the stay!

The house was very comfortable for our large family with incredible views. The swimming pool is nice in the home gym is world class. Reviews of Hanalei Bay from the home are breathtaking. We will come again.

This was our second summer vacation in this beautiful home and it checks all the boxes for us: plenty of space, nice amenities, large pool, beautiful views and close to the beach. Last year we had 7 at the house this year we had 5. Both size groups were comfortable.

It was a pleasure staying at this location, moreover it super pleasant dealing with Jason who was super helpful, but not overwhelming! I know where to go next time I am visiting Kauai!
