Location: terrific. Right in between the bay and center of town. Very convenient. The street is mildly busy but not a problem. House: no AC! Took us a couple days to figure out the precise formula of leaving all open and shades drawn during crucial afternoon hours but it was doable. Management very responsive and brought extra fans which we had to run constantly. Couch is outdated and felt a bit gross. Beds were all great. Kitchen was solid. Ground level and outdoor shower was a huge plus. Back deck was great. Furniture outdated but not a problem. Overall loved it.
We’re a family of 5 and stayed in this house for 10 days. We had the best time. The house has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a wonderful backyard. The house comes with all sorts of games, chairs, and beach equipment. Location couldn’t be any better - 1 block from town’s main street and 3 blocks from the beach. The only thing I would improve is that the main bedroom gets a bit hot after 3pm (the breeze hits the other side of the house) but I’m guessing that during winter its cooler… otherwise, everything was magical. We loved it and would definitely come back to stay in the house. Thanks a lot Jared!
