Wonderful place to stay. Ocean view on the golf course. Wonderful pool area right beside the ocean. Great for watching sunsets. Had everything we needed to keep 2 teenage grandson's entertained.

Great place to stay with the family! Loved how clean the condo was and how beautiful the neighborhood and pool area were! Would stay again for sure!

Condo is in a great complex and had everything we needed. We loved the on site bar and restaurant and watched the fire dancer one evening!

We had an excellent stay, in spite of two obstacles. First obstacle was our original location, and the fact that mold found. However, this was rectified, prior to our arrival, by the property management, with the offer of an upgrade, which we took! The second obstacle Was the tsunami. And, the need for temporary evacuation. However, the evacuation was brief. The communication with the property owners was excellent. And all in all, mother nature rules!

We had a great time staying in this condo. Will come back and stay again.

We came here from Maui to see the big island for a few days and this place was spectacular! We wished that we had shortened our time on Maui to spend more time here! Even if it was only on the patio and at the pools. The unit was spectacular, it was a fabulous experience overall! We look forward to our next stay!

The condo is clean, well appointed and comes with all you need for a great stay. The lanai was our favorite spot for morning coffee and dinners in. The pool/restaurant is fantastic. The grounds are well maintained. We found the beds to be very firm and the pillows were not comfortable (we went to Costco and bought pillows for 20 so not a huge deal). The provided beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc is a nice touch. Would stay again.

The private Ocean Club has great food, cocktails, live entertainment, amazingly friendly staff, gorgeous outdoor gym overlooking lava rock and the Pacific, and the sunsets are beyond words. We will return to this lovely home to create more family memories!

Hali’i Kai is not inexpensive but it is worth the price! It has the best location on the island, near beautiful resorts and beaches (Maniniowali, Kauna’oa and Hapuna are out of this world)!! There is a $25 fee daily for the pool and restaurant use but that, too, is worth it! The 180+ degree view of the ocean from the pool is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular! The pool is lovely although it only gets 4 feet deep. The chef at the restaurant is incredible and makes delicious food! Kathy is a great server- very attentive and friendly. The 3D condo itself is tastefully decorated and comfortable (although an extra arm chair would be great). The views from the lanai are amazing and the grounds are meticulously cared for! I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The pool was great and the views were unmatched! We had an amazing time watching whales and gorgeous sunsets. The location made it easy to go out and about during the day and come back and relax in the evening. My only complaint is that I’m allergic to fragrance so the sheets caused a reaction due to being washed in scented laundry detergent. The pillows were also extremely flat. Those two things did not diminish the incredible time our family had on the Big Island!
