Plenty of adults & kids activities abound, including: snorkeling, hiking, whale-watching, basketball, tennis or playing a round on the scenic golf course. There's a hot tub and oceanfront exercise cabana, private pools, bar & grill, and the exclusive, guests-only Ocean Club with 180-degree views of the Pacific. Nearby excursions can take you from adventurous horseback riding or zip-line over a waterfall to a relaxing massages, fine dining or long languid stroll on the beach. Close by from the Technicolor waters and white sands of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), spot turtles relaxing on the lava rocks. Don't miss the hidden black sand beach, a hike along Fishermen's Trail.

Visit nearby Hapuna Beach for boogie boarding or check out Mauna Kea Resort for swimming, snorkeling and gorgeous views.

Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a 29-acre oceanfront resort, along an ocean golf course and the Pacific Ocean with luxurious 2-3 bedroom townhomes in a park-like setting with plenty of grassy areas. This gated complex has different views; ocean, mountain, golf course, and garden, has an Ocean Club overlooking the Pacific ocean where owner and guests could enjoy their amenties

Loved the location and amenities, particularly the beach accessories e.g. beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and noodles. Neighborhood was secure and quiet and food and drink at the pool was excellent. Had a great time!

We have stayed in this complex before. Its a wonderful community. The pool and on site restaurant are great (although a little quick to close in the evening). It would be nice to list the actual location in the description. The description and map makes it look like it was one of the closer buildings to the pool. Its one of the further buildings from the pool area - still only a 10 minute walk. We would definintely book again.
A wonderful place to stay and spend a week. The property was just perfect for our family of 4 and the property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Hali’i Kai is beautiful and we loved the pool and gym overlooking the ocean - we were fortunate enough to see whales and dolphins whilst at the gym. There is a great deal to do close by and within a relatively short drive. We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be looking to come back.
great property at wonderful hali'i kai
This was our second visit to Hali'i Kai, but different unit. Both were excellent! This unit also include a fantastic Weber gas grill on our patio that we used once to sear some steaks! The unit also included beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, some snorkle gear and two beach towels.) We love the grounds, and the resort pool area with full bar and restaurant! The food is outstanding every time we ate there! Sevice, not so great, but just deal with it. The bed was very firm and pillows fairly hard or dense or flat. Could use an extra set of pillows with more loft and a matress topper option to avoid the sore backs in the morning. Would recommend this unit to others. We didn't use it this trip, but had a second room with two twin beds. Full washer and dryer. Kitchen included many spices and seasonings. Only thing missing was shampoo and conditioner samples. Peppermint soap was interesting, but not preferable.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and overall very nice. Unit could use some refreshing and a lot of the beach gear is a bit worn out. Also the slider was a challenge to open and close. It is still a lovely unit and the bed was very comfortable.
