Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for maximum occupancy, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and a cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non-Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke-free (including e-cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page for a local company that rents, delivers, and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet-free.
Parking: Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes are provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, and food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
HALII KAI COMPLEX: All reservations/stays at the Halii Kai Complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort are subject to a separate charge to the Association at The Halii Kai complex for use of amenities including the pool, restaurant and fitness area located within Halii Kai. Upon arrival, guests will need to register for the Halii Kai Resort at the onsite office. If guest arrives after the office is closed, they can register the next morning.

This complex is pretty ideal. The ocean front pool is a great place to hang and watch for whales and sunsets. The pool grill is excellent. It’s a great place for older visitors and young families. We’ll be back and bring the grandkids next time.
The Condo was excellent! The only downfall is the pool is a 10 min walk, and there is no sandy beach within walking distance.
The air conditioning worked great. The host answered all questions promptly. The kitchen had all we needed foe cooking our meals.

This spot is a great starting point for all things on the Big Island. You’re right in the middle of the Kona / Kohala resort area, yet still an easy drive into Kona, and a very manageable drive to Hilo. The location serves as a great home base to explore the entire island or just kick back and relax.The complex itself is very clean, gorgeously maintained, and quiet overall. Even though there is only one pool for the complex, it is right on the ocean and much more spacious than what it initially appears. The unit itself was amazing. It is very well stocked with almost any imaginable kitchen appliances and/or gadget, and is very well decorated. It is spacious and comfortable and very relaxing by itself. With this unit, if you have a need for a larger condo, you will not be disappointed.
This was a lovely, comfortable property. The grounds were beautiful and the unit was spotless. It was mostly well equipped, but could definitely use a couple new, good frying pans and a set of silicone cooking utensils (flippers, slotted spoons, serving spoons, spaghetti rake, etc). There were lots of dishes, cups and glasses, as well as food storage containers. Pool area was lovely and the restaurant was quite good, with very friendly servers. I wished there were umbrellas for the loungers. There was a covered area with couches and chairs though. I wish there was a chaise lounge on the unit’s lanai. On two of the beds, there were no duvet covers, so we had to take a top sheet out of the linen closet to use. Air conditioning and the fans were great. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were lovely. The biggest disappointment was that the two treadmills in the gym were broken for our entire stay. A restaurant server told me they’d been broken for some time. There was a very nicely supplied closet full of pool noodles, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and a couple coolers. Umbrella was broken though and needs to be replaced. We wished there were ice packs in the freezer to use for day trips though. The woman who worked in the registration bldg was consistently rude, in stark contrast to everyone else who worked there. Overall a lovely stay and would happily stay again, especially if the broken treadmills were in working order and few condo deficiencies were attended to. Great stay
The front desk check in is a little awkward. They have very short hours in the evening which makes timing rough if you don't know that you can check in the next day. There was not message about the option to check in with the front gate until we got to our condo. That kind of info should be in the informational email as well. Overall, the place was very nice, clean, and user friendly.
Great place to stay with our family. The condo was clean and spacious. We would stay again!

Great spot with beautiful pool at club house that also includes a gym and restaurant. Quiet and clean.
