The house was great,very well furnished, with lots of kitchen tools, outdoor equipments, towels, ...Check-in & check-out were very easy.The pool community had an impressive view and was really nice too.
We absolutely loved our stay. This property has everything you could need. The chairs, sand toys and cooler were a nice touch. It is a bit of a walk to the pool, but you can always drive if you don't want to make the trek. Beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
The Hali’i Kai is a beautiful resort and a great location. The unit itself was a good layout and well equipped, but It is getting tired. … the faucets are all in need of some work, the grout in the showers is bad, one shower door doesn’t close…. All of these are minor but for the cost of rental should be taken care of… The resort has a work out room that also needs updated equipment especially when they charge a daily additional fee to use the pool and equipment.. we were there for a month and paid an additional 525 dollars , with fees like that they can afford to keep equipment up to date .
This was a very clean, well laid out condo. There were spices, olive oil, vinegar and other items that are extremely helpful when cooking on vacation but you don’t want to buy all the things to only use a bit. Rooms were comfortable and as pictured. It is a two story condo on the second floor. There are stairs to enter and a condo below. It is the first building once entering the gate, farthest from pool & ocean club. There are community grills directly behind the condo building - we used them and were pleased. Great find!!
This property was peaceful, clean and downright luxurious. Hot water/cold water in all 3 showers were opposite what was marked. Once we figured that out, we were golden. Pillows could have been better and cookware/cutlery were in need of refreshing, but everything else was terrific. Lanais were delightful. Beach closet was amazingly stocked with lots of chairs, towels, umbrellas and even beach toys for small kids (we didn’t have any, but appreciated it for those that do). We would definitely return to this condo.
We were so happy to call this place home for a few days. It was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. It was the perfect size for two families with four kids. We loved how everything is labeled and we wanted for nothing. The lanai’s are beautiful and the short walk to the pool is lovely. The towels, beach toys and chairs were a huge help. Hali’i Kai offered an amazing place to unwind after busy days of fun and exploration. Adriana from Luva is above and beyond responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. This place is a 10/10!
This was our first time visiting the big island. In total our group had 7 people, 2 families. There was plenty of room for all. The condo itselft was so clean. I struggle with visiting places and their cleanliness, always prepared to do a clean of my own. Not with this condo! You can see the level of detail upon entry. Not only were things very clean but the care put into the cobdo to make it homey and comfortable was apparent. It didn't feel so much like a rental, but as a home. My favorite part oddly enough were the labels amd instructions. Nothing was left to question, everything was well thought out and provided. The location was great, close to beaches and trails. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were sand toys, boogie boards, a cooler and chairs, even snirkel equipment. This was appreciated when we took our beach trips. I do have to say, and this is no fault of the condo, the pool is only open until 8pm. Kind of a bummer with smaller kids when allowing them to stay up a bit later for a night swim. Would absolutely stay again!
It was a very nicely appointed condo. The owners have done some nice touches too it including very cool exterior patio doors. We were pretty busy doing things but got good use out of the fulling opening doors. Very pleased with location and amenities
We took the family for a Spring Break vacation and the condo was just what we were looking for. Spacious, clean and close to the beach. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the clubhouse/restaurant/pool/gym, but definitely manageable. Would highly recommend.
This property was amazing. The location and amenities superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here during Thanksgiving. Even managed to cook a perfect turkey in the kitchen which was very well stocked. The only minor gripe is more of a personal preference. The master bed mattress was very firm with smaller pillows, made for some slight discomfort when resting, that being said overall 10/10 would absolutely love to stay here again.
