Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Designated parking spot for one car in a carport. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Pickleball - the tennis and basketball courts are lined for pickleball. Supplies are available for check out from the front office.

BBQ: Free standing propane BBQ on the lanai and community BBQ near the swimming pool

Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Keurig Style Coffee Maker and Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby
grocery stores.

The check in process worked as planned, smooth transition. Home is in great shape and quality build. The location is fantastic!
Lovely townhouse. Right on waterfront. We watched Whales spout in the channel. VERY well equipped, especially the kitchen. Wonderful place!
Great time. Only issue was no hot water in Bath 2 and no scissors to be found.
Beautiful condo with an amazing view for delightful sunrises and watching the ocean. On a clear day, you can even see Kahoolawe out in the distance. Nice amenities and a helpful amount of beach toys, chairs, etc. are included. Very clean and well-maintained.

Great location, quick walk to the pool, nice bar w/ good food.
An ideal location in the development. Quiet, beautiful and just a few feet to the pool. Luxury property fully equipped. The owners have provided for all your needs. Added plus, covered parking area keeps your car cool. Most units do not have this. FYI there is a fee per party of $25 for pool access whether you use it 1 day or every day. The only downside is Big Island is big. If you want to see a lot, there will be a lot of driving, no matter where you stay. Lastly, I am not a fan of gated communities. Just a minor pain.
This property was great for our family of five. Plenty of space, very well stocked, everything you need for a beach day, and Incredible views from the lanai! Would definitely stay here again!
