This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is furnished with all the comforts of home coupled with breathtaking ocean and sunset views of paradise. Being situated so close to the ocean, the amazing Hawaiian trade wind breeze can be felt or central air-conditioning is available for your comfort. The spacious unit comfortably sleeps 6 people with a master bedroom suite featuring a king bed and the guest bedroom with two queen beds. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and has an open layout to connect during your stay. Also, enjoy the barbecue on the 145 sqft. covered lanai. This family-friendly unit is equipped with a highchair and a pack 'n-play-style sleeper for your little one and the garage is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a basketball, tennis supplies and more.

The Neighborhood:
Hali'i Kai in Waikoloa Beach Resort is a gated community located on the ocean - right next to the Waikoloa Hilton. Only a short walk from the shoreline pool, gym, restaurant, and tennis amenities, you'll revel in the convenience of our prime location, just three buildings away from the oceanfront club. The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club has a restaurant and oceanfront pool and hot tub. The Hali'i Kai neighborhood includes a new putting green, tennis court, and half basketball court.
Getting Around:
The property is located just 18 miles from the Kona International Airport. The Big Island has much to see and do and it it highly advised that Guests rent a car to take advantage of the many things this island has to offer. Hawaii Island does not have abundant public transportation, so renting a car is best. However, if you do not drive you may consider hiring a charter tour, driver or Uber.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, as described, well furnished and all around enjoyable. My only complaint is the noise of the refrigerator motor which made a high pitch whistling noise. We had to sleep with the door closed. If they fix that the place is perfect.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in 10A! From its ideal location overlooking the Wiakoloa Beach Course to the fabulous ocean view and beautiful sunsets from the spacious lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the garage stocked with beach equipment. A beautiful home that we highly recommend for your next vacation!

Fifth stay at Halii Kai and it never disappoints. Accommodations were excellent.
We loved our time at Hali’i Kai! The community is beautiful and location is great - the water front pool and restaurant were incredible. The unit was very clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for the stay. We only had 3 traveling (2 adults and our toddler) but could’ve easily fit multiple kids or an additional couple of adults. Check in and check out were relatively easy and Burt was very communicative throughout. Would highly recommend!
Our family of 4 had a great stay! The lanai had great views of the ocean, sunsets every night, and whales!! The location was centrally located for various beaches, downtown Kona, and access to the Saddle Road that takes you to the Volcano Park. Burt was super responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend this location for families with older (17+) kids. We would definitely come back!!
We loved our stay at Hali'i Kai. The unit and grounds were everything that could be expected and asked for. Burt was a fantastic communicator and went out of his way to make sure that everything for the stay was perfect. As a family, we greatly appreciated the array of beach gear that was provided with the unit! Definitely a bonus when travel from a distance.

This condo was fantastic! Burt and Krish were so helpful and accommodating for our vacation. The unit kitchen was fully stocked for all our needs. The garage has tons of chairs and beach stuff We had everything we needed and then some. Pool was awesome and restaurant was delicious. We will be back!!
