This condo is fantastic. It is in a very nice gated community just north of a huge Hilton resort right on the coast. There are only two minuses: the gated community has a beautiful pool and a nice fitness center. There is also a bar/resterurant. The minuses are that it is a bit of a hike from the condo to the pool. I'd say a 7 minute walk. Then the bar has expensive and bad drinks and they won't let you bring your own alcohol to the pool. The only other problem was that you have to check in and pay a 25 a day resort fee before you go to your condo. If this was communicated to me before I arrived I overlooked it. However, overall a very nice place.

Our family loved the condo. It was such a pretty property! Seeing all the views from the back patio and enjoying the pool made the trip so nice! Our kids loved the shallow areas of the pool. It was also nice that the pool had its own restaurant attached. We appreciated all the beach accessories, it made our packing much lighter!
We stayed at this property earlier this summer and enjoyed it. It is a great location. The unit is clean, bright and comfortable. The views are great. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom and out on the patio lounge. We stayed for about 1.5 weeks and ran out of toiletries mid-way through. We emailed the property management in the evening and they responded soon after, the same noght. The next day restock was left at the front door. They are very attentive and expressed a desire to ensure that we had no issues and everything with the property was to our satisfaction. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again or to recommend this property to another guest.

Such a lovely and spacious place with an ocean view from the lanai! We loved that we could pick up some shrimp from Costco and grill it, have an excellent dinner and watch the sunset just from the patio. This 3 bedroom condo is just so so nice. Clean. Spacious. Plenty of amenities.In agreement with what I saw others write: The beds are excellent and we all slept well (and I have a bad back so this was super important to me). They stocked the kitchen with so many thoughtful appliances and things including a rice cooker and toaster oven. Lots of spices and even some olive oil. We especially appreciated the zip lock bags to store food in. A/C kept the place perfect. Places on the first floor in Hawaii can tend to have to fight cockroaches and ants but they clearly have a pest control well up to date as we had no issues. They even had a goody basket waiting for us. And we had a ton to watch on the tv for the one night we stayed in. Hubby was so pleased I found such a nice place and our teens loved it too. We even had tennis rackets and pickle ball rackets to play on the court (which we did one morning). The proximity to Queens Marketplace means there is an ABC store where you can pick up some pre made food and make breakfast easy before leaving on an Adventure. Queens Marketplace shops also have the better restaurants in the area and we also liked the food court. Of course there is also Kings Shopping Center and then the hotels also have restaurants. So you have a lot of choices for this area. But it was a lovely place to be and relax or just launch off to Mauna Kea or Volcano National Park or just the local beaches. Lots of towels to use too. Thank you for such a great place! Highly recommend.

We stayed in the property for Spring Break. My husband and I and two teenagers had the most amazing time. The condo is absolute perfection. The furnishings and decor are high end and thoughtful. What I really appreciated is that the kitchen/cooking set up had everything that we needed and it was all very high quality and in good working order. The location was a dream. My husband and I made coffee every morning and sat on the patio looking at the water and the golfers. We walked into the little village area for more coffee on the manicured, resort paths. It was very safe and the teenagers were able to go off exploring on their own without any worries. The suggestions for beaches and activities were on point. This property is very close to the most beautiful beaches. Everything we needed for the beach was thoughtfully provided. We did not use the pool area as much, since we are "beach" people, but we did go one afternoon and it was fantastic. We also went up to pool/hangout area for happy hour and for dinner one night. We were very close to all activities. We went down to Kona several times for boat excursions and it was very accessible. I really did not know what to expect, since I had not been to this island since I was a kid. The property and its surroundings exceeded my expectations in every way. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest condos I have visited. I highly, highly recommend. We did call the Vacasa rep with a question one time and they were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for allowing us to experience this wonderful property. We will visit again!
This was a great spot for our family vacation! We loved the placed, the amenities, and the surrounding location. The place was very comfortable for all of us and we enjoyed the ground floor patio with the view of the ocean. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on The Big Island!
We stayed for with our kids for 2 weeks and had a great time, the condo was clean and well stocked and in a great location, would highly recommend it and would stay there again for sure.
We were SO Pleased with 8E! We’ve already booked it for next year! The pictures were spot on! Very Clean! Very well stocked. Very quiet! Very Beautiful! And the Pool/Restaurant/Bar were a Huge Bonus!!! 10+++!
