The pool was a bit cold and the hot tub didn’t work but still enjoyed having a pool on the property. Instruction binder was missing and a few lightbulbs were out. Aside from those issues, the house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. “Gary” was an excellent communicator.
Little disappointed in the house. Several items were broken, refrigerator in kitchen, refrigerator upstairs above the garage, lights outside door from stairs above the garage. Just a lack of paying attention to details for the price of this home. The pool cushions were extremely molded. We actually turn them over and around to find a clean side. Not one of our best.

This house is amazing. It’s more impressive in real life than in the photos. Great location to shops and the beach with a connecting trail through the trees to the shops from the neighborhood. The host Andy Hansen was very friendly and responsive to our questions. This was a great family gathering vacation experience. Highly recommend!
The House was absolutely beautiful. The host Gary was very responsive. Overall excellent stay.
The house is very spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a lovely stay and the property manager was very responsive. There was a small hiccup with check-in (the address listed on the listing map was not the address of the house), but it was fixed right away. We would most certainly stay here again!
