Hale Mokulua is perfectly situated in front of the iconic Mokulua Islands. Relax as you watch the sun and moon rise over the turquoise water. Lounge next to the pool or dine in the outdoor dining area. Close to shopping and dining, this 4-bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for your next Hawaiian getaway.

Famous Lanikai Beach is just a 2-minute walk from this beautiful historic home. Feel free to take the beach chairs, wagon and beverage cooler provided for you when you go. The "Pill Box" hike can be seen from the front yard and the start of it is just a few blocks away. It provides some of the most sweeping views on the Windward Side of the island.
The home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle. Large appliances include a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and glass top electric stove. Off of the kitchen is a large capacity washer and dryer.
Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, dining room, that seats 8, a full bathroom, TV / Game room and a bedroom with a king-sized bed.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - the Primary, with a king-sized bed and ensuite, another bedroom with a king-sized bed, and lastly a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also another full sized bathroom with a shower. A small office space with a desk and chair are upstairs as well.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Bathrooms are provided with toiletries and bath wash.
Outdoor living at Hale Mokulua is the main focal point of the home. Outdoor dining that seats 8, outdoor beverage area with beverage chiller, lounge chairs, umbrellas and floating pool chairs make it inviting to all. There is a large gas grill for barbequing and beach towels are provided.
There is no water access from the oceanside of the house.
Our rate reflects a 30 day rental in accordance with City and County of Honolulu Land Use Ordinance section 21-10.1, this property is provided to you, exclusively, for a period of 30 days or greater. By law, the property cannot be rented to or occupied by other tenants during any portion of the 30-day term. Property has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.
