Two Cal kings, two twin beds, queen sleeper sofa for the grandkids. Rent of $5,500/month includes yard work, refuse, water, sewer, electricity, HOA and WIFI (a $600 value for all) No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Security deposit equals one month's rent. Very quiet neighborhood. A flat walk to quaint Wailuku Town. Medical facilities and hospital, grocery store and drug store are 5 minutes away. Beach is 15 minutes.
