Important Booking Notes
- Cleaning fee of $550 is paid directly to cleaners upon arrival, saving guests approximately $100 in taxes.
- Pool service is performed weekly.
- Children are welcome.
If your flight departs very late at night, we recommend booking the additional night so you can enjoy the home for the entire day before your departure
Cancellation note: If you need to cancel outside the cancellation policy, once we are able to rebook the dates, you will receive a refund minus administrative fee.
A/C Policy
The home’s central A/C can be adjusted down to 72°F.
Guests who prefer lower temperatures can request it for an additional $30 per day due to Hawaii’s high electricity costs.
House Rules
This home is located in a residential neighborhood and guests must follow Maui County regulations.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
No outside noise or pool use after 10 PM.
- Maximum 4 vehicles parked on property (no street parking)
- No smoking
- Pool hours are 8 AM – 9 PM
- Please rinse off sand before entering the home
- Do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen
- Do not flush sanitary products
- Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival
- Please turn off lights, fans, and A/C when out for extended periods
- If doors or windows are left open, the A/C will not work properly
- Please do not leave pool toys in the pool after use
Guests who violate Maui County quiet hours may be required to leave without refund.

Our stay was fantastic! Location was great and the restaurants and food trucks were close to the house. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had 4 adults in their twenties and they had plenty of entertainment within walking distance to the house. We would definitely stay here again!
We had eight adults staying at this property, and there was ample room for everyone. Every bed was comfortable. The outside space is very accommodating, with lots of seating and a large pool. We used the BBQ, which worked great.Above all, the location of this property is perfect. within two blocks are a park, the beach, a grocery store, a large food truck park, other restaurants, and the Tiki Bar. All this while living in a quiet neighborhood.We could not have been happier with our choice.

We appreciated the home, it was perfect for our family. The ability to walk to stores , restaurants and the ocean was wonderful.Hopefully we can return someday.
The house was great! Clean with all the basic needs. Lots of space to hang out. All the guests were comfortable. Location was amazing. Easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The "Food Truck" area was a cute little surprise with a variety of foods are suoer cute atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a tremendous holiday. Katie was a great host and helped with an issue. Robyn recommended Dona to us, who helped as a travel expert. She spend a couple hours with our group giving us the does and don’ts. She booked us a great Whale watching trip and a fantastic luau. This property has a fantastic location, and we enjoyed the closeness to the food truck village, walks to the beach and trips to the pickle ball courts.Thanks for everything Robyn …and we would recommend this property to any group looking for a place to stay in Maui.Murray from Alberts
The house was located very close to south gardens and many of the restaurants in Kihei were 1-1/2 blocks away. Very close to Cove park where we all went surfing. Lots of outdoor areas to choose from with a pool, which was nice to have although we spent most of our time at the beach The home was well supplied with beach chairs, beach, mats, paddle boards, baby accoutrements, etc.Very pleasant place to stay. Well maintained. Robyn and Katie were extremely easy to deal with and check in,/check out were easy.

8 of us very much enjoyed our stay. It's a perfect location near the shore, foodtrucks, restaurants and groceries in South Kihei. The outdoor space is wonderful. We would certainly stay again if we return to Maui!

It was perfect for us. Close to everything, lots of room to spread out.....would love to stay there again!
Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walkable to food trucks, beach, park, shopping and more which was nice. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Loved seeing the geckos sun bathing on the fence every morning we washed dishes. Quick and easy replies from owner and cleaning lady when requesting a missing item or something our group broke.
We were two families with young babies/toddlers and the home was so well equipped for our needs. The location could not be better for travelers in our demographic with a big playground and easy beaches just blocks away. Highly recommend, although hesitantly because I want to make sure it’s available for our next getaway. :-)
