KaMilo Luxury Living – Hale Lani
Welcome to Hale Lani at KaMilo, a luxurious home for your Hawaiian holiday.
This four bedroom three and a half bath townhome is perfect for large families or friends to gather for a Hawaiian vacation. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, it overlooks the 11th hole of the Mauna Lani golf course. Your bare feet will appreciate the feeling of the beautiful acacia wood flooring and soft handwoven area rugs.
The entry level consists of an open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining areas opening up to a large lanai through 9 foot mahogany trimmed pocket doors which can be opened to create an indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking, barbeque and baking needs. The lanai has a large built in gas barbeque.
Also on the entry level is a half bath and a large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom. This bathroom has a beautifully tiled large walk in shower.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level. The master bedroom with a king sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with cooling technology and electric base, sliding doors to private covered lanai, large bath with Hydro systems free standing tub, walk in shower with custom rock flooring, walk in closets, double sinks, custom etched glass and great lighting.
All downstairs bedrooms have sliding doors to exterior space. One or the downstairs bedrooms is furnished with two XL twin beds that can be converted to a king with a bed bridge and gel topper. The other downstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and opens up to a large private lanai.
There is an additional full bathroom downstairs with a combination tub/shower. The laundry is located downstairs. All bedrooms and baths are equipped with luxury linens and towels.
Kamilo is a gated community which offers a 2 acre private recreation village with lagoon style pool, lap pool, 2 spas, well equipped fitness center, outdoor gathering pavilion and event lawn. The recreation complex is a short walk from the rental.
This rental includes access to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club and Napua Restaurant. The Beach Club has lounge chairs and cabanas on a white sandy beach fronting a calm cove.
Walking and bike trails to take you all throughout the Mauna Lani resort and beaches. Fine dining, gourmet coffee shop, retail, grocery, fitness and beaches are all minutes away.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, a large cooler and a collapsible wagon are included for your use for days at the nearby beaches. Also included for the little ones in the family are a Pack-n-Play and a high chair.
No smoking in the house or on the Lanais.

Great response from the host when necessary, nice unit, well equipped with beach gear
Home is meticulously maintained and was very comfortable for our group of six. The location is accessible to beaches and shopping yet very peaceful. The upstairs living area is great for views but the tradeoff with this type of layout is two bedrooms are directly under the living space. Light sleepers would enjoy the back bedrooms. There are not many communities in Mauna Lani with four bedrooms so if you are looking for the space, this is a great unit to consider
Beautiful vacation house, perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were bigger than normal bedrooms. Kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable and the host even left Kona coffee for us. 3 min walk to the secure swimming pool. 15 min walk to the beach. And 5 min drive to the private beach. Would definitely recommend.
One of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at! The house was more beautiful than the photos. We were all very comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had 9 people in our group and felt there was enough seating / room for our group. Thanks!
What an amazing place! We loved the spaciousness of the layout - four separate large bedrooms, as well as 3.5 baths, meant everyone in our group of 7 had plenty of space. The living area and (especially) the balcony were also beautiful! We utilized the beach stuff (very handy) and loved the private beach and restaurant. Will definitely stay again!
The house is incredible! The location is perfect, extremely clean, and the house is stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. There was every amenity needed with small kids as well. Brenda was available as needed and responded quickly. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. House was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything you could need. Neighborhood was really nice and the pool was wonderful. Easy to walk to local shops and grocery. Drive to access the local beach was short and the beach was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect house for our family (6 adults and 4 kids). Very well equipped with everything from boogie boards to beach chairs, cooler and of course access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Our only disappointment was having to leave and return to the “real world.”
Mauna Lani is obviously is great resort and residential community. And this property certainly didn’t disappoint. Just a fabulous home, great location, very well equipped, wonderful neighborhood. And Brenda is a fantastic host. We would stay here again in a second. Highly recommended.
My Wife & I truly enjoyed our stay at Kamilo!!! Your home is lovely- it is exactly how we would’ve decorated our Hawaiian home if we had one. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay! We used the pool and spa daily as well. We also appreciated the use of the Mauna Lani Beach Club card and having a garage clicker made it easy to park.Thank you for an enjoyable trip!
An amazing place to call home base for an entire family (we had 7/8 total with us). Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. An expansive kitchen, living, dining, and lanai to host everyone comfortably. Just note if you have a very large SUV (we had Expedition EL), it won’t fit in the garage but parking nearby.
We have rented a variety of units at Mauna Lani and Waikoloa for the last twenty years. This one worked superbly for the two sets of guests we had. First, three couples, so each had a king bed and their own bathroom. Then, three couples and four children, and the kids could share a room that had two queen beds. For dining, there was a kiddie table so the six adults could eat at one table, the small kids at another. The unit was superbly equipped. The common facilities at the pool and fitness center are the best of the Mauna Lani resorts. All in all, a great stay.
If you plan to come with family and kids, this place is ideal. The lanai with BBQ and the large living room with open kitchen allow for epic family dinners. Access to the private Mauna Lani beach gives you some of the best snorkeling of the island, and the pool on the property is in short walking distance. This place is magical!
We were a party of nine; including my wife and I, our three sons and their girlfriends, and our grandson. The condo was absolutely great for our large group, offering plenty of room to spread out, but still with a large and inviting common room for gatherings. The kitchen was fabulous and well-appointed, which was great for us, as we did a lot of cooking together. The surrounding area was also wonderful. The pool and workout area within the walled community were quite nice, and we used them regularly. The nearby Mauna Lani Beach Club beach was excellent for some snorkeling and just chilling on a calm beach. Just a bit further north was Hapuna beach, which was great for boogie-boarding.
The house was very comfortable, clean, lots of wonderful amenities. Great location close to stores and beaches. Beds were very comfy, we went to the beach club every day, and used the beach chairs etc. was a great comfortable stay. Thank you!!
Everything about this was 1st Class. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean as a pin. It was well stocked with items for a great time. Beach chairs , floats , bikes etc. lots of thought went into the planning .
The house was very well appointed, comfortable and had a beautiful Lanai setup. Our family and friends all had a great time and felt at home while we were there. The owner was quick to respond and very easy to work with.
We stayed here with my family and my husband’s family and had a great stay!! Plenty of room for everyone, great location, and the house was stocked with so many beach necessities. We plan to come back next year and rent this same house, we loved it so much!

We had a wonderful stay. The KaMilo development is one of our favorites and Brenda’s property is one of the best. Super well equipped, it had everything we needed for our group. Brenda was very responsive and had everything ready to go for us when we checked-in. We would definitely stay again !
We enjoyed 12 days here and took advantage of the many amenities provided as well as the two pools, gym, and hot tub!
We had 10 of us stay here for Christmas and New Years. We had the best time. We have stayed in this community of homes before and it is absolutely amazing once again. The house was amazing and Brenda was amazing as well. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay for Christmas (thank you!!!). I would give Brenda 10 stars if I could! We hope to come back one day and stay there again!
