A stay at Hale Konani in the Pili Mai resort community has everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. This exceptional well-appointed three-bedroom, three-bath 1,500 sq. ft. condominium with central air conditioning is located on the Robert Trent Jones II designed Kiahuna Golf Course with beautiful ocean views beyond. A true tropical paradise, the Pili Mai resort community consists of one and two-story spacious condominiums and features a private recreational center including a family pool, keiki pool, heated spa, fitness center, and barbecue grills throughout the community.
While there are lots of units available for rent in Pili Mai, Hale Konani features one of the best floor plans and locations within the complex with two king-bedded master suites with in-suite bathrooms and large closets, a third bedroom and full bathroom, a wide-open kitchen and living area and both a lanai for early morning coffee and spectacular sunsets and a courtyard for outside dinning for eight; being a ground floor end-unit with seventeen windows ensures a bright sunny interior! Hale Konani (unit 9M) is centrally located within the complex on the 9th fairway of the golf course and just steps away from the pool and fitness center. This unit is well-suited to comfortably accommodate up to six people.
Constructed in 2017, this unit has been meticulously maintained. Recent upgrades include new ceiling fans, light and plumbing fixtures and new tv’s as well as all new appliances including a new stove in 2026, and upgrades to the master bath. In addition, Hale Konani has all the amenities needed for a special vacation. The kitchen with its large center island and stainless-steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you need to take advantage of the local farmers markets and cook a gourmet meal at home.
Each of the bedrooms feature quality mattresses and linens to support a good night’s rest and there is plenty of storage space for you and your guests to unpack and feel at home. A pack and play crib, highchair seat and stroller are provided for families traveling with small children. Additional items such as a mini crib and full highchair are available with advance notice.
To ensure your fun at the beach (a short 12-minute walk) and pool, there are six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small and large cooler and boogie boards. For the young children, there are plenty of beach toys and buckets.
Kauai does get hot so you will appreciate the central air conditioning throughout the unit. Other features include a washer and dryer, high speed internet, large flat-screen televisions, a Bose sound system, and a keyless entry lock system for easy check-in and added security.
Our property manager has implemented extensive cleaning protocols. Our unit is thoroughly cleaned for every guest arrival, with all surfaces and high-touch areas sanitized for your safety using products approved by global health agencies.
Pili Mai is truly an amazing destination on the South-end of Kauai in sunny Poipu and is less than 30 minutes from the Lihue Airport. It is also centrally located between the lush north shore and the spectacular west side of Kauai, where guests can explore local wonders such as the Waimea Canyon and Na Pali Coast overlook. This place is fantastic! It’s in a wonderful location and is very clean. This was the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this place!
This 3 bed/bath condo on the golf course was perfect for our two week stay. The views from the lanai were incredible, the neighborhood chickens were fun to watch while enjoying our morning coffee.The unit was incredibly decorated and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, etc.Very comfortable beds too.So many local places to eat nearby, several reasonably priced options for food trucks and quirky eateries as well as fine dining options.Parking was easy, the garage had everything we needed for the nearby beaches too.Highly recommend this place, we hope to reurn in the future

Second time staying here, highly recommend! This time we did experience a maintenance issue with the condo but the property manager and owner quickly resolved, they also followed up the next morning to make sure all was well. We will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Hale Konani is a perfectly appointed unit with plentiful high-end furnishings and kitchen gadgets, dishes and cookware. There are distant ocean views, lovely sunsets from the private patio, along with a large dining patio out of the wind. The host suggestions for diversions and dining are spot on. On-site management responds fast to any issues. This is a lovely, relaxing, quiet vacation home, worth great separation of bedrooms and baths. The property was immaculate with everything g you could possibly think of… was at your fingertips. Everything was organized and easy to find! Everything was labeled and had a place! Information was provided to help with ideas of things to do. The house was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable! Plenty of beach chairs, boards and coolers for perfect beach day! I highly recommend this home!

This was absolutely the best condo we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family of 6. There was every kitchen appliance, pot & pan, spice, dish & glass we could have needed. Beach chairs and toys, just everything to make our vacation perfect! The patio furniture was so comfortable and relaxing after a beach day!

Pool is across the way and is super nice. The views are amazing. The owner also let us have a super late check out which totally made our last day on this amazing island a super plus. We hope to return from Chicago again and would come back to this condo in a heartbeat
