There was no host to welcome us despite the info from Gather that they would greet us. We received a text confirming the home was ready to occupy with an added note that there was AC working for the main living room, dining room and kitchen areas. No offer was provided to allow us to cancel or to change homes. This is just extremely poor customer service. There was also no negotiation on compensation for this poor living condition. I say poor condition because getting everyone together in a hot house to eat and mingle together was a stress point that no one wants to endure while on vacation. I could add additional notes but I think this clarifies the generous rating of 3 stars.
Place was amazing! Great location, well equipped and offered enough space for a party of 11. On site contacts were quick to respond and answer questions. Only challenge was that the main room A/C did not work and was never repaired during our stay, luckily it wasn't excessively warm but somewhat uncomfortable for us to hang out and cook due to the temperature.

I made a reservation through Vrbo, All of a sudden I was handed off to some management company called "A name that VRBO doesn't permit me to include in the review, who I never heard of. All I knew was that my credit card was charged for the full amount. I could no longer see the original listing on VRBO, and nobody took the time to explain to me what was going on. We are talking a very large sum of money. I expected more. Also saw the same house listed for a week earlier for a significantly lower cost than what we paid. Made me question my decision.Regardless, all worked out well, and the management company took good care of us once we arrived. Very responsive, flexible and helpful.We;ve stayed at a rental offered by a competitor of VRBO, that VRBO does not permit me to mention, in the past and were notified in advance of construction next door and offered a 20% discount. There was construction next door, and not a word of it was mentioned here. Doesn't seem right.Regardless, we had a great stay, and the house was fabulous.
This place met all of our expectations and then some. Everyone loved their bedrooms. The gathering places were excellent. The kitchen was well appointed. We really liked the self-filling cold water pitcher in the fridge. No negatives, other than it was hard to leave.
Just perfect for all of our family. We so enjoyed each space. Such fun to cook together and have the dining and living space to not be separated from others. Spectacular views as we played in the pool. Relaxing in so many spaces..singing around the fire pit, BBQ on the patio, lounging by the pool or in the swing in the lower level. Great communication with the manager! Can’t imagine a better home to give us an incredible vacation
Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood ideally located next to shopping, places to eat and beaches. The home had every conceivable amenity, professional kitchen and gorgeous views. I can’t say enough about this idyllic home other than we all loved our time there. They even took our garbage to the curb for us and brought us a coffee grinder without asking. Great customer service only added to our overall wonderful experience.
