Comfort and style are the focal points of this spacious and newly updated 2-bedroom unit with views of the Turtle Bay Golf Course and lush green North Shore mountain range. This unit is perfect for an intimate getaway or a family trip with accommodations for up to 6 people. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, the master being furnished with a comfortable king bed and golf course views, AC, smart TV, a cozy reading nook, and full ensuite bathroom. Across the hall is a unique guest room with a queen bed and built in twin bunk beds and AC. The second full bathroom is also located in the hall of the second floor.
As you enter the space on the ground floor you are greeted with fresh and modern beach decor in the kitchen, custom concrete countertops and bar seating around the kitchen island that provides an open social atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials should you wish to cook and entertain at home. The spacious living room has a smart TV with all the channels, and stylish yet comfortable seating options to enjoy the setting with friends and family. The living room furniture has recently been updated with two arm chairs and a large sleeper sofa with queen memory foam mattress, pictures to be updated soon! The living room opens to a lanai patio with expansive views overlooking the Turtle Bay Golf Course and a social layout with new outdoor furniture.
Kuilima Estates West is a beautiful private neighborhood with exclusive gated access along the Turtle Bay Golf Course. The neighborhood boasts 3 pools with lounge furniture, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking paths to several North Shore Beaches and Kawela Bay. This unit is not part of the resort, however all beaches, restaurants, and the famous Turtle Bay pool bar & grill overlooking the ocean and surf breaks are all open to the public. This truly is a relaxing retreat in paradise!

Everything was clean and bright.
Great Location at Turtle BayUnit was well taken care of and had a nice modern relaxing feel.The bedroom situation for our four boys was perfect with the large bed, two built in bunk beds and rollaway bed gave everyone their own sleeping space.Bed in the master bedroom was insanely comfortable! It was a great location on the golf course. Maybe 100ft from the bar/restaurant.
