One additional bedroom offers a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a twin bed with trundle. Three air-conditioning units are located in the main living area, the primary bedroom, and the upstairs bedroom.
Outdoor living includes a covered back lanai that opens to a new pool with a spacious deck, outdoor dining area. Upstairs, guests will find a TV room with a smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom, a covered lanai with mountain views, and desk space for remote work.
