This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first time! Suzie and Lester are treasures that will make your stay so comfortable, you will remember it forever.
We really enjoyed our stay in Susies and Les House. The both are so wonderful people and the house is full of little nice details. You also find all the little stuff for a wonderful stay. (herbs, oil, sauces, shampoo, books, cooling boxes for the beach, also a Flashlight for visiting the lava tubes and so much more) We are on a world travel tour - so we have not so many things with us, but we missed absolutely nothing. Mahalo

Great host couple, they were friendly and helpful. The space was clean and well maintained. The A/C worked well and allowed for comfortable sleeping. We enjoyed walking the property.
We have stayed at this lovely place multiple times. The apartment has everything needed for a short term stay whether it's one night, a week or more. The yard is full of beautiful local plants and a delightful covered deck to sit and relax and take in the scenery. The hosts are amazing! They're welcoming and it's clear they are attentive to detail and are able to provide information about all the things available to do and see on the Hilo side of the big island. We highly recommend you experience aloha here!

This property has a beautiful property and garden. The place is nice and bright and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and vacation. The outside shared deck was lovely to eat breakfast and dinner at. My kids loved the geckos everywhere and tried to find the frogs that sing at night.
Lester and Susie were great! Very accommodating and super friendly! Highly recommend and will tell people about this great apartment on the big island! Mahalo!
Susie and Lester are super nice. Love the neighborhood. Paradise cliff is just a short drive and we were super lucky to see two humpback whales from the cliff.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. From communication, very well maintained, thoughtful details, beautiful property, convenient location, and so much more. We enjoyed the Well equipped kitchen, and lovely deck with dining table overlooking the garden. We felt secure in the area and apartment and especially appreciated the gate around property. We were sorry to leave and definitely would recommend and would love to return!

From the moment we arrived, Susie and Lester welcomed us with open arms! They are the most friendly, kind, good-hearted people we have had the pleasure of meeting on our stay there. The rooms were nice and spotless as described and the outdoor property was even more beautiful! This was our first trip to the Big Island and even though we came from NY to attend a family wedding, our stay at this property was hands down the most enjoyable and relaxing!
