A very attentive host! Well appointed house with comfortable beds right on the beach! Very spacious for the 12 of us. Can’t beat the sunsets and sunrises and snorkeling! We will return!

Hale Aloha never disappoints! This home has literally everything you could desire. The location can't be beat, and neither can the snorkeling in its bay! This area of the island is quaint, not crowded and lush. If you're on the fence about booking, don't be. I can guarantee 0 regrets!

This is a beautiful house and gorgeous setting right on the ocean. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed and was lacking in nothing. The property manager was very responsive and flexible when one of our party was not able to come at the last minute and we were looking for ways to shift the trip a few days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and would love to go back to it again one day myself.

Beautiful home with a wonderful ocean view. House is very clean and well stocked. They supplied everything from toilet paper to a clothes steamer. The family enjoyed gathering in the kitchen to talk and retreating to the living room to read. Access to the beach was easy. The family played in the sand and enjoyed snorkeling. We would definitely rent again.

The house is really great! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. The beachfront was perfect for all of our kids and grandkids to have access right to the beach. Nice lawn in the backyard for fun and games. It really is a five star property, but I’m giving it four stars because we didn’t like that there were no screens on any windows or doors. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, and the rest of the house does get quite hot. So we had to open all the windows in the house to keep it somewhat cool. This allowed, of course, all the flies and bugs to get in the house, especially in the kitchen when we are preparing food. We did not like this. One night, a couple of cats wandered in the house, but we were able to scoot them pretty quickly. We would’ve liked to have the bedroom door open to hear the ocean at night, but again, without a screen door, we kept it closed.

Absolutely impressive home! TONS of room, we are already looking to plan our return…nice & quiet, absolutely everything you need for your vacation and a WHOLE lot more. There was never a dull moment, from the football with a great yard on the beach to basketball, to the card games, board games, steps to the beach, snorkel gear, or just curling up in one of the MANY places to read a good book or listen to a podcast. We haven’t laughed so hard and enjoyed each other in several years, as it’s hard to get everyone together with all of our busy schedules etc…I highly recommend booking your next vacation here…. Memories for us will last a lifetime. Thank you for everything.

My family and I decided to take our first vacation with the grandparents and grandchildren, there were 6 adults and two little ones and this house fit our needs perfectly. There was a bathroom for everyone and even a whole separate living space on the first floor that included its own living room, laundry room with small kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. This property had everything you could think of, even binoculars (yes, we talked about wishing we had some and they did!). The location was fantastic, we could get to the south shore and north shore easily. I would stay here again and again. The communication was great and exactly as described. They had all of the beach stuff we needed as well, toys for the kids (2 under the age of 2), snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, life vests, you name it. I was sad to leave but will forever have the memories we made. Thank you for making this vacation one we will always remember!

The house is in a great location with proximity to Kapa'a and Kilauea. The Kalalea Juice Hale is also a must visit and is just minutes away.Nice sandy beach with sandy entrance to the water just outside the back of the house. Communication was great and the concierge service was super helpful in helping book a good, in demand boat tour.

I don’t know where to begin. The house and property exceeded our expectations. We had six adults and five children, ages 4-17. There is a beach basically out your door! Surfboards, boogie boards, kayaks, snorkeling and beach toys were all provided. Every room had its own bath which was a huge bonus! We loved our stay and absolutely hated leaving. Hostess was very accommodating. Don’t hesitate…book it!

Family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home! Private, spacious and quiet. And the kids loved the visiting chickens! Thanks for a great stay!

This beautiful home and beachfront property definitely lived up to its expectations. Stunning sunrise views were exceptional. Steady trade winds keep us comfortable all day and the air-conditioned bedrooms added welcome cool. The well-equipped kitchen and sitting area easily held all 12 of us and the spacious house held our 4-generation family well. The wing addition and guest cottage work well for parents with children and the upstairs bedrooms are quiet and scenic. The patio and lawn provided hours of comfortable outdoor entertainment, and the garden landscaping filled the eye and air with its sweet scents. Swimming, snorkeling and daily kayaking in the safe reef-protected bay in your "front yard" is unparalleled. We cannot praise this lovely home and property enough. That said, some of the beach and lawn equipment needs attention but otherwise, everything was quality. We highly recommend this property and only wish we could return sooner. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful place for our family get-together. It was tucked away but not far from the activities we had planned. So lucky to have a beach and the ocean steps away and to also have kayaks, snorkel gear, beach toys, etc. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Simply outstanding. We would never consider another place on Kauai! Perfect location: secluded, peaceful, and relaxing with beautiful sunrises. The beach is right outside the back gate and it is perfect for adults and children (with supervision). Reef shoes needed for some areas; however, 20 feet down the beach is a nice sandy area, perfect for getting into and out of the well protected "lagoon". Good snorkling right outside the back lawn! However, do check the tides as beach/snorkling were best at low and mid tides. House is reasonably close to everything on the north and west shore. House itself is superb: very private. We were a party of 10 (8 adults and 2 children), but house will easily support 12. Downstairs sleeping area was perfect as an oasis for my son's family, including his 2 children. Upstairs for us and my 2 other adult children, and a separate casita for our 3rd couple; the kitchen was well supplied and well laid out; and the back yard/lawn was a wonderful place to relax, read, and play. We had a few questions which were promptly answered by text. All in all we could not have asked for more and I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend time with family. We will be back!

A perfect location in a perfect house with an incredibly thoughtful host. It’s not easy to find a place like this. We had a wonderful time.

Our 3 generation family of 9 had an amazing stay at this home. Pictures don’t even do it justice, honestly. Large home with plenty of space for us to spread out as needed but also get together as a group. Anaik was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful to some AC issues we had, which were ultimately remedied and we were quite comfortable. She was very attentive to anything we could have asked for. The area of Anahola is not known as the best part of Kauai but the location of this beautiful home felt very safe and tucked away off the main road. There are great food trucks and shops and anything else you could want within about a 20 min drive, and you are less than a half hour drive from the airport. Found it was easy to navigate around the island and get to many fun activities well within an hour away. The beach here at the home is not very wide, so don’t expect to throw a towel on the sand and sunbathe on it, but with some proper water shoes it is great to go out snorkeling in the morning from or take a stroll down when the tide is low. You can easily and comfortably do your sunbathing in the back yard though and still enjoy the ocean to its fullest. My 7 and 14 year old daughters loved the hammock on the deck of the 2nd floor- perfect place to take a nap or read a book and enjoy the sounds and views of the waves-truly beautiful! House is fully stocked with towels, toiletries and there are a variety of spices and gadgets in the kitchen. Would stay again!

Our family enjoyed the location between princeville and Kapaa and the ocean view the best. Each morning we walked the neighborhood and then snorkeled or kayaked to cool off. The house was large and we didn’t use a lot of the space as we only had 6. Tip: if air conditioning is a priority stay in the upstairs queen bedroom. It’s the only mini split attached to an exterior wall and therefore the only one that truly worked. We slept pretty hot each night and our kids slept with windows opened for a breeze. Definitely bring water shoes for the ocean. The property is extremely well kept and stocked. The decor is beautiful. The layout of the home is beautiful and the backyard has shady and sunny spots. Our kids loved the hammocks. We had a great time and enjoyed the home and neighborhood.

I rented this house in August and couldn’t wait to return! It is a beautiful home with bedrooms that face the ocean and a huge kitchen. The grounds are beautiful, as well. It is located mid-island so it was easy to drive north or south for our daily excursions. There were only four of us on this trip and the house sleeps many more, but it was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian trip.

We had two two families and multiple generations staying together and absolutely loved this place. The property management team was also incredible for some smaller things we needed help with (the AC broke in 2 rooms but they worked diligently to repair it in a couple of days) and the house itself was amazing as was the location on a very private beach. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

This home is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Loved the decor!! We visited as a group of two families (12 total) and it was perfect for us to spend quality time together! Its roominess also allowed us to break from everyone when needed and enjoy some peaceful alone time on the beach, patio or extra living areas. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy bed/pillows. We had a group of old friends having a reunion, five couples and a single. Everyone loved the place. There was an individual bedroom and bathroom for everyone. It is very roomy. We could all visit in the kitchen area, all fit in the dining room, and all eat together outside on the patio. It was lovely to have the ocean as our constant companion. Anaik responded promptly the few times I needed to reach her. We would not hesitate to recommend it to a group our size.

This was the PERFECT location in SO many ways! Clean, organized, simply and beautifully decorated, high quality building, furniture and amenities. Wonderful.

This property far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I booked this house for a family vacation with our 2 adult kids, their spouses, 5 grandchildren ages 1.5 to 7, and a nanny. The house accommodated everyone very comfortably. It's huge and has wonderful places for everyone to gather, as well as space for quiet time alone or in small groups. The fenced backyard is perfect for the kids, and most of the time when we were on the beach, there was no one else there. We watched grey whales as they passed by multiple times a day and enjoyed searching for anole lizards and geckos. Anaik was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely book this property again!
