The Shops at Kukuiula and Poipu Shopping Village give you restaurants, groceries, coffee, and ice cream without a long drive. Head west toward Spouting Horn or east toward Koloa Town for a change of scene. It is an easy home base for families who want beach access, golf, and South Shore convenience.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

The amenities were great and everyting provided was perfect.
We loved staying in this condo for our anniversary getaway! We also felt like it would be great to come back and bring our kids to so it's not just for couples but great for families or friend vacations as well. It was also very well decorated and the amenities in the house were thoughtfully included.
Cleanliness and good location.
We had a fantastic weeklong stay at this condo in Poipu! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive or walk to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and groceries. It’s perfectly situated for exploring everything the south side of Kauai has to offer. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained. The furniture and appliances all felt like new, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed—including cleaning supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even an ice chest cooler, which made our beach days so easy. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay—though it’s worth noting that the golf course maintenance starts pretty early in the mornings, so if you're a light sleeper, that might be something to keep in mind. All in all, this was a perfect home base for our vacation, and we’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kauai!
This condo has just about everything you could need while staying here. The kitchen is fully stocked (some spices, but not complete). Plenty of towels, wash clothes, paper towels and toilet paper, laundry supplies. The ocean view is great, it does have a designated parking spot, which not all have here. There are several beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and there is also a low booster seat available to use. We loved this condo and Pili Mai is so quiet and clean! Very close drive to everything you need. We will be back, for sure!
Best short-term rental my families ever stayed at. Pictures don’t do it justice, the view from the patio is amazing! We will be back again for sure.
The apartment and furniture are like new, extremely clean and with good taste. You even can see a strip of the ocean 😁. We worried about golf field, no worries, it is even fun to great rare players and watch them playin in a distance. Most of the time, you see birds use the field, not people.
Our family of five had a great stay at the condo. It was clean, organized, and right next to the pool. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, and we appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles! A great launching pad for all our Kauai adventures.
This place was 100% perfect! I have never stayed in a rental that was so clean and well stocked! Literally all you need is your clothes!
This condo was immaculate. It was beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the best rest i’ve had in a long time. Beautiful golf course and partial ocean view. The kitchen was equipped to cook any meal. It had everything you will need including a nice supply of spices. Beautiful and comfortable furniture on the lanai. It had everything you will need for an awesome stay in Poipu. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
Great location with amazing views. Loved the proximity to Waimea, Koloa & Poipu. This property had every amenity imaginable. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean.
