We invite you to indulge in this magnificent 3,300-square-foot villa nestled at the bottom of the Mountains of West Maui, Launiupoko. It's the first town off the bypass. A short 15-minute drive takes you to Ka'anapali. Whalers Village offers a golf course, restaurants, and shops. Another 10 minutes takes you to the Kapalua Plantation golf course and restaurants. From the moment you arrive at the statue-flanked entry, you'll be in awe of the views of the majestic blue ocean and the Island of Lana'i in the distance. It's truly breathtaking! With considerable amenities and generous living areas, this estate is ideal for a small family or group of close friends.
The single-level floor plan consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, television, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and luxurious linens sure to please. The master bathroom offers a generous-sized soaking tub with a separate shower, dual sink vanity, and easy access to a lanai with ocean views. The second suite offers an oversized walk-in shower. The third half bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Although on vacation, for those needing to sneak in some work, you can enjoy an office off the living room, equipped with a desk, all-in-1 printer, sofa bed, and large Smart TV.
The Garuda Estate comes equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your Island cuisine, including a propane grill complete with ocean views! Most of the year West Maui consists of warm, sunny days. However, occasionally guests may prefer to have the pool heated which can be arranged at the time of booking for a nominal fee.

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from this home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. The sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.

The Garuda Estate was the perfect home for our family during our Maui Family Trip. The house had everything we were looking for from the spacious kitchen, comfortable living spaces, to the large infinity pool. Jodie and Eric were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Stop your search here! This custom designed home has all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable week in Maui. You will have an amazing view of the ocean, overlooking the island of Lanai, from your patio, hot tub, and infinity pool. Plus, if you have any issues, the property manager will be available immediately to help. There are 2 separate and private guest suites that can comfortably house 2 couples, as well as an additional bedroom and a sofa bed in the study that can share a full bath near the front entry. All you need are some gourmet grocery items from Foodland Farms and some prime meats and seafood from Maui Prime Foods and you are ready to grill with a glass of wine from your patio with a world class view of paradise. Enjoy!!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (ages 17-22). We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The house was close to all of our activities of surf lessons, hiking, shopping, restaurants, fishing, snorkeling, beaches, markets, etc. We can’t wait to go back to the house!! This property was really nice – peaceful but with easy access to just about everywhere. And when the sun sets over Lanai, the view is unforgettable. It was perfect for our family – we were glad that we heated the pool. It was the perfect setting to relax after a long day exploring or just to hang out enjoying a relaxing day poolside.
We absolutely loved this property. January is a great month to stay due to the extraordinary whale activity in the region due to migration. We had amazing encounters with the whales, snorkeling, volcano hiking etc. this property was beautiful and we could see whale activity right from the patio!!! Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Micheal was a top notch property manager and checked in with us regularly. Highly recommend!!
