Garden Island Oasis - Regency 424 at Poipu Kai. 3 bedrooms - Walk to the beach!

This was a perfect condo for our family vacation. Everything we needed for the beach was there including a wagon to haul the stuff. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

We had a great time, the condo was perfect for a family of 8. The kids like having the loft area and for the price the short walk to the beach was fine with us. Added bonus that their were beach toys for the kids to use.

We loved this property ! The rooms were plenty large for us , the loft with two twin beds and a half bath was nice. We were steps from the pool / hot tub which we used daily. I was worried about the distance to beaches but they were a short beautiful walk. The place had everything we needed, we enjoyed a couple chairs and boogie board. We also enjoyed driving the short distances to other areas for more restaurant but there were some in walking distance. And we played pickleball !

Our family had a lovely time staying in your condo. The accomodations were perfect for our family. Especially helpful was the wagon for our one year old grandson and the beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. We used all three swimming pools. The turtles on the beach were a pleasant sight and a neat photo opportunity. Snorkeling to view the tropical fish near Poipu beach was exciting for all of us to see. Thank you so much for your excellent accomodations on Kauai.

This condo is in a perfect location. It is well kept and had everything we needed. The beach equipment was very appreciated!

Everything was great! Host checked in on us. Great location and very clean. All the appliances were up to date! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in VRBOs throughout the US, Europe and South America and this home is one of the best we stayed in. Clean and well stocked with plenary of room for 4 adults. Enjoyed coffee on the terrace in the morning. The unit is very close to shopping, wonderful restaurants and very close to the beach where we saw sea turtles sunning themselves. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Host is very responsive. Only regret was not having the time to stay longer. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and very well furnished. Very quiet area and fairly close to some nice beaches.

This is the best VRBO condo we've been in. Beatifully maintained, well stocked kitchen and bathtooms and plenty of beach gear in good shape. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better rental for our vacation. It was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need especially the beach chairs and umbrella. The location was perfect to the beach and all the fun places to eat and explore. The bedrooms were decorated with such fun Hawaiian decor and the bedding and pillows were perfect. The two kind beds were one of the top reason we picked this rental. The air conditioning was an absolute must and we were grateful for the comfortable temperature for sleeping. We spent time on the patio enjoying breakfast and a couple rainbows was an added bonus. We had zero complaints and would absolutely stay again when we come back. Close to a lot of popular places to eat and a beautiful shopping center. We will be dreaming about the acai bowls, Musubi, and poke tuna bowls. YUM! The owners were so incredible with communication and so overly helpful.

The location was perfect in the complex. Close to the pool and grill. Walking distance to beaches. There were plenty of beach accessories such as chairs, wagon, boogie board, snorkel gear and more! Host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Spent a few days in late July with my four adult children. The layout was perfect for us and we appreciated all the beach chairs and umbrella. The location gave us easy, walkable access to beaches in Popui and an easy drive to food and ice cream

Our family of six adults stayed in the Garden Oasis for a week. We can’t wait to come back! The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. We like to cook, so we really liked the fully equipped kitchen with extra spices, etc. The owners werey very easy to work with and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect! A quick walk to Poipu Beach, number one beach in America and to Shiowreck Beach. The condo grounds are a tropical paradise and birds came to have coffee on the lanai with us in the mornings. We enjoyed walking on the beach, swimming with the turtles, seeing the Spouting Horn and watching the sunset. We also enjoyed Waimea Canyon, the Princeville Garden and Chocolate Tasting tour and the Grove Plantation tour. Did I mention we can’t wait to go back?

Had an amazing time here. This spot was perfect for our family vacation as it had all the amenities of home. In walking distance to several beaches and a beautiful walking path to explore the Poipu coast. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo within walking distance to see the honu at the beach. Communicating with the hosts was excellent, check in and out was a breeze. The only problem we had was we didn't want to leave! We are already talking about staying here again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The hosts have everything you need for your stay in Kauai. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place for our vacation.
