Beautiful Garden Hawaiian Condo on the Kona Coast - New Rates!!!!
Find Paradise at the Vista Waikoloa! Experience the beauty and interest of the Kohala Coast of the Big Island in this lovely traditional Hawaiian condominium. This spacious ground floor condo (newly painted, with all new kitchen appliances, carpet & tile, and lanai furniture), has two bedrooms, two baths and a large beautiful garden wrap-around lanai. Its many amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen, free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a spacious master bath with large luxurious tub and shower, two new flat screen televisions, cable network, DVD player and some movies, Wii and some games, and a washer/dryer in the unit. It comfortably sleeps six and has additional futons for additional children, if needed. Pack-and-play and booster seat available for families with young children. Some snorkle gear, mats, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys are available.
The property is gated and provides you the convenience of a reserved parking space for your vehicle. The community salt-water lap pool includes two whirlpools, changing rooms, and space to relax surrounded by immaculately groomed grounds with an abundance of fragrant island foliage. It is a child-safe pool and offers great opportunities for family enjoyment. You will also find a lovely covered community outdoor/picnic area, complete with gas grills. For your convenience, access to an onsite, 24-hour fitness center and business center is also included in your rental.
Within short walking distance are beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, and many other amenities. Across the street you will find the Hilton Waikoloa Village with spa, shopping, 9 restaurants and the Dolphin Quest Learning Center (terrific for kids and adults alike)! Amenities were great and the apartment was so spacious for the price! We did not rent a car and walked to nearby shops and restaurants. There was a grocery store nearby so the fully stocked kitchen ward was a treat.
This is a beautiful unit located close to Hilton and the Kings and Queens shops in Waikoloa. It is very well furnished and stocked. The owners make available all their unit's equipment, so you can find beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel sets, umbrellas, chairs, etc. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The owners and the local manager are very friendly and quick to respond. We also liked the lanai's privacy, which is better than that of other units in this complex, because of the unit's location at the corner of its building.We'd love to come back and stay in this place for other vacations.

The condo unit was as describedIt was supplied with most everything we needed; and the walk to beach and shopping was very manageable.The beds were comfortable, even the couch was a good sleeper.We couldn't get the TV in bedroom to work, but did fine without it.The ceiling fans were a big help keeping the unit comfortable(Did not communicate w/ prop mgmt)

Large 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit nicely renovated and well-equipped kitchen within walking distance to the beach. Comes with everything you would need for the beach - boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas.
Condo was easy to find. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and includes all basic supplies. Owner allowed us to check out late which was a big help. Owners provided very helpful information on the area, restaurants, things to do. A very enjoyable stay! Would highly recommend.

First time staying at this Big Island location in Waikoloa Village and will definitely stay there again if it's available. We've previously stayed in units on the higher floors in Waikoloa, but really enjoyed the lower level unit with access to the outdoor gardens. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We did not take advantage of the beach gear, but it was available if we had more time. Wifi, TV and AC were easy to use and functioned well. Parking was convenient along with access to the gated complex. While most of the parking spots were taken, the unit was VERY quiet and we saw only a few other tenants during our stay. Communication with the owners was top notch as they provided very detailed instructions including recommendations for local places to eat and see. Enjoyed our trip and stay!
Lovely, spacious and clean property in good location. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of towels, linen and kitchen essentials.
