Brand new head-to-toe remodel completed in May 2026 and listed on July 1st 2026 — this is one of the sharpest units at Kamaole Sands. Amazing location, front of the Kamaole Sands complex, great ocean views and sunset from the lanai, overlooking lush green and fountain pool. Super relaxing! Every surface, fixture, and finish is fresh: gold /black color hardware, white granite countertops, marble showers, plantation shutters, and hardwood floors throughout.
The master suite features a king bed with coastal linens, mini-split AC, and a private ensuite.
The living area adds a queen murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa — comfortably sleeping up to six.
Two full baths are each distinctly designed: one in warm travertine with a backlit LED mirror, the other in dramatic charcoal marble with hexagonal shower floor and frameless glass — both finished with matte black fixtures.
The lanai faces southwest — perfect for morning breakfasts or for lounging with a drink in the hand watching the light change over the lush green beltway all day long.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals. French-door brand new refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water. Brand-new Samsung brand In-unit washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi throughout. Free one car parking on property.
Beach ready from day one. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach towels, and a wagon to haul it all — just grab and go. Kamaole Beach III is steps away. Our building (Bldg 10) is one of the closest to the beach and the most private ones - highly sought after!
