NEW Front-Row Bali Hai Views from a Princeville Bluff Retreat

we loved this place. Modern, great layout and views. Enjoyed the nightly sunset from the patio, overlooking Hanalei Bay from high up on the cliffs. Also had time to relax at the pool and hottub just across from our unit. Would stay here again. And again.

Loved the condo. Great layout and views from the couch inside or patio outside were unmatched. Full kitchen was easy to use. Bed comfortable with AC and overhead fan. We were able to watch the sunset each night over the bay. Pool and hot tub were awesome and was just across the road. Took advantage of the snorkeling gear available in the apartment. Convenient access to all things Princeville and Hanalei/NorthShore. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is a really nice unit with a great view of the bay and sunsets that were amazing! We would have rated this 5 Stars, except for the mattress which made sleeping through the night a challenge. The Pali Ke Kua community is beautiful, well maintained and we would consider returning to one of these condos on a future vacation.

This spot was perfect for our north shore stay in Kauai. It’s a great spot for a couple looking to relax with convenience to great beaches, chill vibes, and good food. The view at this spot alone is worth it. We sat out and watched the sunset over the bay each night, and it was stunning. It’s a little older unit but the renovated kitchen was so nice. It was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler!

Such a wonderful place to stay. The condo had everything you could want (dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, big shower, comfy bed) plus a fabulous view of Hanalei Bay on the patio. Princeville was very beautiful and very convenient to Hanalei town and many shops and restaurants and beaches. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot for two! View and comfort couldn’t be improved…location was good for privacy and access to all Princeville and Hanalei offers.

The property sits on a bluff with a prime location for viewing the most gorgeous sunsets. The attached photo was taken from the lanai outside this unit. We would spend the evening enjoying wine taking in this beauty. The location of this complex makes for easy access to all activities the north shore area of Kauai has to offer. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were very clean and well stocked. Use of the washer/dryer also came in handy. The unit comes equipped with beach chairs and a cooler, which are great options for daily outings. The AC is only in the bedroom, which I learned after the first night, if you close the bathroom door and the door to the living area, the bedroom stays quite cool for sleeping. The unit gets afternoon sun which makes it toasty late in the day when we returned from our outings. Needed to be opened up and aired out which the fans facilitated. This is our 3rd time to stay in Princeville, and our first time to stay in a VRBO/private residence here. It is a lovely place and a great value. If you choose to stay here, hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Mahalo!

We love the area this condo is in and have stayed nearby several times. It’s close to several beaches and the town down the road has lots of shops and restaurants, plus the area itself is just beautiful. The condo was very accurate to the listing. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well for the bedroom area, they did supply snorkel gear, beach chairs, and other nice touches that weren’t in the listing. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and fridge which we haven’t had before and will definitely make that a requirement for our next visit. I don’t think we would stay in this exact condo again because it is ran by a property management company I had to download another app, the view of the sunset and beach was gorgeous but it also made the main living area very hot so you had to keep the blinds closed anyway, and it’s probably just the luck of the draw but our upstairs neighbors were playing music and were kind of annoying. We definitely will come back to Kaua’i and will look for similar condos to this as it does have a lot of perks and features we enjoyed.

Location and the view were perfect! The condo was very clean and well equipped!

The view is unbeatable and the area is great for walking to the beach/other local spots. The unit was pretty nice though could probably use some freshening. There were a couple small issues with the property which could be easily fixed. Was also quite disappointed they they did not warn us the pool/hottub/grilles would be under construction when they knew far before we booked but still advertised it then only gave a heads up a few days before we got there.

When you walk in the front door the first thing you see are the beautiful mountains and the azure ocean waves. Then the Nene birds come cruising by to say hello and walk right up to you, amazing!!!! I could have stayed on the patio the whole trip

Great location, clean, but problems with hot water in shower. We enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at this ocean front unit - amenities great - included a loaner backpack, snorkeling gear and beach toys.
