Family Tides is a wonderful large single level 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. With two ohana (family) suites this home is the perfect retreat for large groups staying in the beautiful new Ainamalu community.
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 12 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

All bedrooms have private baths. The two Ohana Suites also are equipped with kitchenettes and private laundry.
The house has central AC and Free WiFI. There is also a separate laundry room in the main home for your use.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor furnishings. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 8 people at the indoor and 10 at the outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large UltraHD 4K TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The main living area is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, watching the game or a movie.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment and has beautiful golf and mountain views. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

It was perfect for our family of 14. The Hilton day pool pass was great for the kids. The garage was stocked for a beach day too with beach chairs and sand toys.
Best place to stay with a large family! Fully functioning kitchen, lots of washers and dryers! No need to haul snorkeling equipment because there is everything you need for ages 1 to 100!! The daily resort pass was a blessing for the family on days we didn't go to the beach. Location was perfect for exploring and loved our 2 mile walks for delicious coffees at the Kings Market area. Super clean, great quiet evenings, and lots of parking. We ALL agreed, best place to stay!!! Mahalo
The sleeping quarters were excellent! There was great outdoor space, kitchen supplies such as plastic baggies, foil, dishes, etc. It was very clean!! The biggest challenge was parking with three large vehicles and insufficient garbage cans. We had a great stay!

We had 4 families with 5 children 8 and under. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for together time. We had an outdoor movie night. The 2 ohana’s gave us privacy when a quieter time was wanted. The twin bed bunk room was just wonderful for all the little cousins. We spent several days at the Hilton Pools which was enjoyed by all. We had a minor maintenance issue and someone responded very quickly. I’ve already recommended the home to others looking to travel as a group. Mahalo for a lovely family gathering!
This beautiful home was perfect for my family to stay together to celebrate my birthday. It had everything we needed plus a nice fruit and snack bowl birthday makana. Loved it! We just needed to bring ourselves, food, and have fun. Everyone enjoyed our entire stay. From the beautiful sunrises to the gorgeous sunsets. Evening visits by a family of goats on the golf course. Included the use of pool at Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Perfect! It was nice to have the two outside rooms that had their own washer, dryer, mini fridge and microwave. We can’t wait to book it again! The house was perfect for 5 couples. Everything in the house was beautiful. Outdoor was perfect right on the golf course with goats showing up at dusk.
Our family of 15 found this beautiful property to stay in for our first big family trip together. It accommodated all of us perfectly. Communication with the property managers was very efficient. They answered all of our questions immediately. They gave us some trip suggestions and recommended some places for luaus. They coordinated with us about our arrival time at the airport to make sure the property was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. It had everything we needed - bbq grill, huge kitchen area where we all had fun cooking together, huge showers, comfy beds, all the towels we needed, bikes, snorkeling gear and coolers for the beautiful beaches close by. We were pleasantly surprised by a crossing herd of goats making their way towards the golf course just outside of the backyard. They were so cute. We woke up every morning to an amazing view of the sunrise and witnessed just as magnificent sunsets as well. The backyard was a great place to meditate and stretch in the mornings. Also, our reservation came with access to the huge Hilton pool area which also had a water slide. The Hilton also had an area where you could purchase time to swim with the dolphins. Some said they even saw sea turtles. Great views of the ocean from there too. Nice background photo for the family. We saw a lot of beautiful birds around as well. Most importantly, my mom now has great memories here with her kids and her grandchildren. Truly a special trip we’ll never forget.

A beautiful, well appointed home for a family vacation. Everything we needed and more was provided to allow us to cook, eat, and enjoy the beaches together. The layout worked perfectly for our different family members. Look forward to coming back sometime soon.
It was a great place for 4 families and 3 small children. Lots of room to spread out. Everyone was able to have their own space. We loved how quick it was to get to Hapuna beach. Overall it has been a wonderful week.
Perfect for a large family/group. Beautiful property and plenty of space to spread out. The lanai was perfect for family meals and gatherings. We loved seeing the goats on the golf course and around the property. The sprinklers come on at odd times, 6pm in the evening, while enjoying pupu's and cocktails on the lanai and at 6am, while enjoying the sunrise and coffee.(It caught us off guard a couple of times) It does list the property as wheelchair friendly,which it is, however there were no handrails in the shower or bathroom area, which would have been very helpful.
Best family vacation spot ever. They were very attentive and responded right away. I would definitely stay there again.
The house was perfect for our 4 adult children and their significant others. The Hilton property is beautiful. Definitely need a car to go anywhere
